I asked the salesperson to sign up for a $16/month basic package, she showed me a screen indicating that that's what I was signing up for. I realized two months later I was being billed at $25/month for the premium package. I called to fix that, was ignored for a while and finally told they could not switch me to the basic package or refund any of the previous charges. I have been thoroughly frustrated and disappointed with EoS Fitness's cancellation policies. We originally chose their gym because they offered a few amenities that are hard to come by at gyms, mainly a squat rack. Over the last two years that my daughter and I had memberships, I would have to say that I would never join another one. Squat rack totally not worth the hassle of cancelling. I was totally misinformed by the salesman Andrew Alvarez from the EoS Fitness Center of Cactus and Cave Creek. He never told me that the $49.99 was a down payment, and that there would a charge of 59.99 to my credit card. Also was told for the next three months there would be no charge of 9.99. All not true. My card was chargeda subsequent 59.99 a month later. The general manager, Corey, defended the employee.

We signed up a month ago. We got a basic membership each. My husband signed up for a personal training and nutrition program. We were mislead on what he would get in his sessions with his trainer. The GM said he would waive the first couple months of membership payments due to signing up for this extra program, well, we just got charged for an annual fee each that we were never told about. Terrible Terrible experience with EOS in Ahwatukee not only did they attempt to steal $162 from me in the middle of a pandemic they also have terrible customer service. I have been in communication with them since March of this year trying to get a membership canceled I didn't authorize! not only did they promise me a refund initially in march for the mix up (that they never gave me )they confirmed I didn't even have a membership! I've had memberships to plenty of gyms but this one is definitely up there on never wanting to return to again, on top of lack of communication as far as cancelling personal training sessions. They put your account on freeze rather than cancel and begin charging you again when you least expect it. No warning, no notice or even trying to set up an appointment. Eos fitness . When I sign up with the gym .for the Blue membership .the manager offer with 1 guess privileges Been couple of years now .had no issues started .last 2 weeks . The staff in the front is telling me they won't honor that any more .you have to pay more money .to bring guess. Joe, I am looking at your account and see one with your name where you signed up on a blue last year and it did cancel 4/2/2021. Our Black memberships do include the guest privileges or you can add on guest privileges for $5 a month. I apologize there was any confusion upon signing up.
I walked in to cancel my membership in September of 2020, was told my membership was cancelled by the person at the front desk. Noticed I was still being charged, so I can in October and requested cancellation again. I was told my membership was cancelled. Found out in April of this year that my card was still being charged.
