Took $432 of mine by "glitch in the system" off my card on file, and still won't give it back. Multiple people including the district manager **** said these charges were faulty, and a mistake on their end but they will not return my funds back to me. It has been almost two weeks. Every person involved has been of no assistance. And when I've called, (because I've been calling A LOT obviously) about 95% of my calls have been ignored, forwarded and not returned. The gym was great, with plenty of equipment, but customer service was horrific. I went to cancel my membership about a year ago and thought I had properly completed the process to find out it had been frozen instead. I was getting RFC phone calls and eventually, they charged a card on file that I never authorized them to charge as it wasn't my primary billing method. NOV 6, 2021 is the day they brushed me off after I notified them to cancel both membership & personal training they said no one is available to help me. Finally after being persistent, I was able to cancel my gym membership and personal training altogether providing a medical note.Yet, I'm STILL being charged when I have NOT whatsoever stepped into the gym which I cannot due to medical condition.And in the 1st place it's cancelled so these charges shouldn't be occurring, this is FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!

Gym has great equipment and friendly staff. Even has a sauna and other cool features. Nice facility as well, but it's so busy that even at 3am you will most likely be waiting for equipment. Also - Their treatment of contracts is a joke. Very very bad. In a nutshell - I had a contract, then wanted to go somewhere else and asked them what my options are. Seems as though 1 star is warranted for this company! Reget ever signing up!! I specifically asked to have my membership canceled back in August. I was told that there is a 30 day cancelation period to which I would be billed again ($21.99) in September and then my acct would be canceled. So I'm like ok I'll just deal with it.Tell me why I just got billed now on November 15, 2021 for ($71.98) and billed in October as well. Signed up two years at EOS fitness ago and have had no problems until recently. Today was the third installment of the harassment my wife and I have felt from the managers and the last straw. On our way to *** this morning, we were delayed because of traffic. I dropped my wife off at the entrance to the fitness center while I parked the car (she has the Black membership and I have VIP Guest membership). I was confronted harshly by the ** of this location and she created a very toxic situation with me that spilled into a confrontation with the staff. This had everything to do with how she handled the situation. I emailed the district manager contact that I was given and have not received any response.

We joined EOS Surprise in Feb 2021. We signed up for 4 months of personal training at the same time. We told the trainer that signed us up that we go away for several months during the summer. He said no problem, that we can suspend the training and the membership fee would only be a $10/month admin fee. We thought that was great. We had two months, March and April, of personal training.
