This gym is relatively new yet the Hot tub hasn't worked for several weeks, Not the first time it conked out. I have been informing the front desk about this since the beginning of this year. They keep telling me they have a ticket in to get it fixed but it still isn't fixed. Horrible don't give them any account information, they scam people's accounts and fight to get it stopped. They tell you one thing then charge more, no respect for first responders or military, had to get my checking account changed to get them to stop taking money. My credit union stated that people come in on EOS and have to do what I did, she said EOS is horrible. They did send me a partial refund check, I took it to their bank to cash, it was a bad check. She stated information on the check was incorrect, a fake check ba... read more

EoS personal trainers are scam. I canceled my personal training session and I was still charged!! I'm continuing to be charged and was told everything was all set and not a problem. I've never had the service. I want to get a refund for all the chargers and I'm getting the runaround. I'm highly upset. I DO NOT have money to just go down the drain.

After canceling my membership, *** has continued to charge my account for nearly 2 years. *** refuses to respond to emails or phone calls. I am owed over $400 plus, who knows how much more in fees and aggravation.
