ZERO Save your time and money, do not come to this gym or even think about getting personal training here. When I wanted to continue my 4 month agreement my personal trainer set me up with a fitness manager to get it all sorted. Now almost a year later as im looking over my charges I noticed that they have been overcharging me a massive amount. My wife had a membership and cancelled because she didn't use it. Three years later I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe eos fitness $250 even though I cancelled the membership. I talked to multiple people and everyone says we have no record of cancellation. So now I'm out $250 and I will never use this company again and I hope you think twice about using them as well!

This gym is a sham. Do not come here or at the least do not sign up for personal training. I have been trying to cancel my personal training for months now. I went in three times and was told that a fitness manager was not in and I would be contacted. Then I was never contacted. I (***************) took my wife(*****************) to get a EOS membership on 2/27/23 at the ******** ** location. (***** ********************** ******** ** *****) After the initial enrollment we were told a manager would speak to us before finalizing the enrollment. ***, the manager on duty then proceeded to offer my wife a personal trainer which we declined because I am the only provider and couldn't afford the extra charge, but he gave her the option of trying it out for 2 sessions each for 30 minutes for $20 and if she ... read more

Horrible! They sell you personal trainings and they do not care about you after that!!! But they will gladly charge you every month and completely disregard and communicate you make.
