I had problems with the billing as I see others did, district manager worked it out. The front line folk are nice but are not well trained on the software. Apparently, they are pushed to sign people up. I have to wonder if EoS is in financial trouble. The pool at ********** was closed for repair-they said filter then changed it to heater, they claim a new heater was installed but does not work-this has been going on for weeks. THEY KEEP CHARGING MY CLOSED ACCOUNT!!!!! AND ADDING FEES ON TOP WENT IN AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT IN PERSON, IN JANUARY. THEY KEEP CHARGING AND TACKING ON FEES. THE PROMISED ME BACK IN FEBRUARY IT WAS FIXED AND THEY WOULD CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, CREDIT BACK MY CARD, NOPE THEY JUST KEEP CHARGING TO MY CARD, OH, AND I BROKE MY ANKLE IN THEIR PARKING LOT!! I canceled my membership in January. I was charged from February to April. Apparently the staff member I put the cancelation with did not put it into the system. The staff member said I needed proof to resolve the problem or point out the staff member which I wouldnt have a picture or video to show proof nor do I even know if the staff meme we works there still. Experienced racial profiling and sexism. I went in with my at the time abusive white partner. It was made clear that it was a membership for me but I was ignored the whole time. It was also made clear payment would be made for and by me. But when it came to signature the employeee ignored me and had alll the paperwork signed by the person I was with. I signed up for *** through a friend that promised the annual fees would be waived. A year later I find two separate charges for my membership. I called the *** on Sahara and Cimarron and I was promised a manager would call me back and they never did. I was asked to submit a survey regarding my experience at the *** gym in *****. I was honest with my review. I advised there is crowds of ***** years olds in the gym that have a tendency to huddle by equipment and just hangout out (in no way was I saying all People ***** did this, it was just a particular few).
