I went into eos fitness about a week ago during I went there and plan to signed up for the monthly membership which is 24 per month and then was asked if I wanted to try PT for 2 weeks for free. I said yes and was asked to sign some things. They told me it would only be $19 for 2 weeks then after that it would be the full charge and I could cancel any time I was scheduled to meet my PT friday but then I realized they might trap me or lure me to really signed up for the PT program by that time I realized I couldn't afford it ... read more

I had started going to the gym for the first time and personal training with EoS on the assumption I would be able to cancel if it didnt work out for me based on what the sales rep had told me yet they were not t transparent at all. I wasnt given a choice between 4 and 6 months just how much it would cost for a certain amount of sessions per week. I told them I was self employed and a single mother and couldnt afford the PT. They promised me if they couldnt push the payment to the 31st theyd cancel it. Regardless I couldnt afford it. I didnt attend the PT other than the free provided w the membership. I have now been charged 3/26/22 even tho I repeatedly expressed hardship to the assistant manager ****** and the district manager *****. I dont get call backs or email responses anymore. By far one of the worst gyms Ive ever had to deal with! I tried to cancel with them a little before December 2020 with no luck, til the date i am still being harassed by their financial team. I spoke to them and was offered no help whatsoever, all they said was i needed to speak to the manager from the location who was never available and never responded to any emails. I decided to sign up for the 4 month personal training and Betr app for nutrition. I have been a member of EoS for a long time (even before EoS took over from Gold's). While I do love my trainer, I am less than pleased with everything else. Betr app- what a joke, this is not a nutritionist or dietitian, this is an app where regular people try to tell you what to eat, but really it's just words of encouragement, the app itself is horrible and God forbid you have an android phone. I signed up for a two week free trial and I ended up moving states to somewhere that doesn't have EOS fitness. EOS charged my account at the end of the two week period and refused to refund the charge after I explained I had moved to a state without EOS locations.

Cancelled both my husband and my accounts on November 16th, 2021. I've now cancelled through 4 different employees vis phone calls and emails, one is even the local operations manager, and I am still getting billed for my husband's account, which they have seemed to not been able to close! It's absolute insanity. Worst customer service as well in regard to their child care services.
