Long story short, I signed up and was offered training and the guy who signed me up and manager verbally told me that training was 188 for 6 months not 156 every other week thats on the contract. I contacted 2 different district managers and they have not even responded to my emails so I went in to deal with it personally. I was told I cant cancel anything nor could I get out of a misleading contract I signed, I was verbally misled and trusted there word due to the fact I thought they cared. I got the membership in sept...went 1 time and canceled in person...I don't use the bank account associated with the membership often so didn't see all the charges since sept totaling over $200 I called the ********** location and spoke with ****** and asked to speak with the Manager...was transferred to ***** and told him what happened...he put me on hold and then hung up..I called right back and ****** said ***** went to lunch (at 9:30am) and will be back in 1.5 hrs I called later again and was told it's my word against th... read more

After lack of utilization, I called to cancel my account prior to the yearly fee (which was set to come up in a couple months).
