Definitely the worst experience Ive ever had with a gym. While signing up I was pressured into personal training & when they got it scheduled they kept going back and fourth on changing the schedule. I literally cancelled after a week of having the membership due to all their hidden fees. They gave us a gift of free towels for a month and charged us for them. Didnt even bother to tell us we had to give a 30 day notice to cancel our memberships or the towels and so even when I cancelled I was continuing to be charged. Once I ... read more

******* I see that when you tried to cancel in November you still had an in term PT agreement. Now that the PT agreement is out of term, the club team did submit a 30 day cancel for you. You are all set and can use the club until the 21st of February.

This business tricks people into contracts by offering a one time free personal training and free one month of towels. They do not tell you that these are both 30 day cancellation. So after you accept these supposedly free offers, you have to put in a 30 day cancellation . Otherwise, you will be stuck with a personal trainer and towels. Getting charged every two weeks for trainer and every month for towels. I'm not pleased with this customer service. I made sure when I was signing up for a membership that I was very clear I did not want a contract. They talked me into PT (personal training) making it seem like I was all part of the same membership, just cost a little extra. That little extra was a little too much for me, and I tried over and over to cancel the PT, and they gave me the run around on saying, "we can put it on a freeze, so you can come back to it if you want" what they didn't explain was that to freeze PT it will ... read more

never had a worse customer experience, and absolutely worst customer service in my life. I cancelled my gym membership and they are still billing me... now I am being threatened with a civil lawsuit letter from their legal department over 20$

I researched the account and did not find notes with *** that you have called to cancel. Also, I didn't see that you stopped at the club to cancel in person. But now worries, you are canceled and we are waiving two months of past dues.

I signed up for eos in ********* back in April 2021. They obviously used their sales pitch into a fitness trainer program and at first I was able to afford it but I had lost my job. I tried calling the gym numerous times and they told me theyll pause my account but I can still use the gym. Its currently December 2021 and they keep charging me for $83 every two weeks after I told them I wanted to cancel. Ill even pay the cancellation fee. I'm a newer gym member and heard some negative things about Eos from a family member. I signed up anyway. Within the first month I was charged twice within a few days for the annual fee plus monthly membership. I called after noticing this second charge on my bank transactions and spoke with someone concerning this issue. I waited a few days as suggested then actually drove to the gym to confront the manager that signed me up. He did not explain in detail how their refunds are processed and I felt like I was getting the run ... read more

I like the gym, how ever the management at the *** in ************** are not good they are not truthful. I told them when I signed up the ages of all my guests 1 of them being 14 I was told as long as a was with him he could come, Ive had nothing but problems sense then yesterday he came with me gave them his phone number they signed him up with everything went fine today new people they said no.. Im going to cancel my membership I dont like being lied to by companys I pay for monthly

Horrible customer service!!! Spent a long time to sign up with the sales person only to find out that the information provided was a lie just to get me signed up.

It took me several attempts to get my membership canceled, they continued to charge me and told me there was no proof that I tried to cancel, they would not refund my money.

*****, I see on April 3, 2021 you did freeze the account but stated you wanted to cancel. I do see that you used the facility through June. When you called the team on November 18th they did cancel immediately and refunded November dues for $22.99. Thank you.
