EoS personal trainers are scam. They scam you into purchasing personal training and continue charging you without giving you the services and notifying you for the chargers. I want to get a refund for all the chargers more than 30 sessions of chargers from my account.

Go somewhere else. They will steal your money. - 30 day cancelation policy (this should be illegal) if you can't cancel my policy within 48 hrs then you aren't living in 2023. - They will tell you one price and then charge you another. - We have paid over $800 for 2x $25 memberships. Go figure that one out. And when we tried to get a refund they gas lighted us. Told us it wasn't their fault. That we agreed to certain things. Terrible experience! No one is ever there when you need a manager!I had surgery in May and decided since I would not be using the gym I would cancel till I was ready. I called to cancel and was told I had to come in to cancel, so I did. I talked to a person at the front desk and told them I just had surgery a week ago and need to cancel till or when I decide to renew. I was told my membership was canceled and they hoped I would be back. Fast forward to June, I noticed I got charged again. I went in but no manager was there, ... read more
Charged ***** for a free week pass. Skinny manager dude was very shady ~ Mesa location. Sent an email to corporate and received no response.
