In November 2020 I paused my account. In March 2021 I cancelled. Subsequently I have tried to cancel a dozen times. Most of the time Ive canceled by calling *** financial. In September I cancelled by calling the gym directly. Told the guy my whole saga of trying to cancel and get refunded and he he told me he would cancel me. And I wouldnt have to wait the 30 day period since this has been an ongoing thing for me. Well I just got charged the yearly $70 fee. Im so tired of being lied to. Scammed me of $152 claiming I had someone on my membership that I was paying for as well but when I called when I first signed up they said I had no one but me. I cancelled and they dont cancel my membership instead they charge me again for $25 but when I called last month they said its cancelled and I wouldnt have any fees but now theyre saying Im responsible for another fee

Joined this gym on July 13th 2021. paid yearly fee obviously. it charged me another ***** including tax this month in October. I dont understand or maybe they assumed i wouldnt see it

This company will keep charging you when you cancel unless you write an email to their corporate office. I went in to cancel at the end of spring and they told me I would get charged one more month (which still makes no sense) and I would be done. As of October 2021 I am still getting charged and my issue was handled with zero professionalism. They clearly are used to ripping people off and are ok with it.

I absolutely regret signing up for a membership at EOS! Despite placing my account on a freeze during COVID and not stepping foot into this gym for over a year and a half, I was STILL charged an annual fee by EOS. I was not informed nor did I give consent for the freeze to be lifted. So I signed up online for a black membership, I put 3 guest members, 2 of them 18 and 1 of them 16. My guest members that are over the age 18, mysteriously opened up their own account for a black membership charging my card 3 time for the annual fee and another 3 times for the membership fee the second month. I have been very patient with this gym , they signed me up for a new account given I pay the debt off for 20$ and a new membership is ****, everything was great till the next day I get a $272 charge on my card I was FURIOUS I had to miss a whole day of work and a missed credit card payment because of this mess and it affected my credit score!!!! I have not gone to this gym for almost 3 weeks now and I called to try and cancel my membership and they told me that it will still charge me not only the monthly fee but ALSO the annual fee coming up?! They said you needed to give us 30 day notice how are we supposed to know that we dont work here?? Yeah well all the 1 star reviews make sense. I recently went through a loss (children) and I asked for either a pause on payments or for my membership to be cancelled. The manager quite literally was like wow that *****, anyway I can waive 15$ instead. Again, not sure why they think my money deserves to go to them more than my childrenss funeral but given all these reviews it 100% makes sense. Do not sign up with them.
