Had Concerns about an issue with the kids club, have reached out multiple times to the Gm, no called returned. Had the district manager reach out once, returned his call multiple times but no response since. This incident happened 5 days ago.

The sales representitive (yes, as-in car dealership) was condescending, and didn't seem to care that I was only walking-in to *see* the gym that was still only 95% complete. I told him flat out I wasn't going to sign up until the middle of either January or February. The obvious reason for waiting to sign up would have to be money, but the representative continued asking, "Why not now?" over and over again. He didn't listen to anything about my plan or my budget. I'd give no stars. I'm asking for some help please with cancelation, I've been trying to get completed. I came into the Riverview EOS to cancel my membership today and ***** informs me my account is still going to charge my credit card, even if I cancel. I called in spoke to a gentleman who said he is the manager, let him know I was going out of town for work, and that to please cancel my membership, being I'm having hard time getting in there to work ******************** reasons. My husband and I where in town for a couple days, visiting ***. We are travelers that work remote and where looking for a gym we could attend daily while we where in town. The EOS fitness gym at ************, ** where extremely helpful and accommodating!! Shout out to ******, he was very kind and helpful! Highly recommend this facility!!! Thank you EOS fitness for giving us an incredible experience!! I have to say that this is the coolest gym I have ever been to.....and we have checked out a LOT of gyms throughout the US. Ive been a member of EOS for 8 years. I have the best trainer in the industry. ******************** is her name and I joined the gym so I could get her as a trainer. Shes kept me with the gym. I think the gym only gets better and better every year. I only pay $24.99 a month plus my training.
