They continued to charge me for membership and then in January of this year (2021) charged me annual membership fee. I disputed that charge and once again cancelled my membership! Customer service at EOS Fitness is non-existent. Trying to cancel my personal training after the agreed upon 6 months has been met with no follow-through from the Fitness Manager, no response from the General Manager when I brought to his attention that the Fitness Manager was not following through or responding. I canceled membership early 3 years ago, in time before the renewal. I canceled both jn email and via phone call. They said all was good and clear. Now 3 years later ai received a bill for $200 from them andnits such a randomly wrong amount I'm ticked off. Hate gyms. Grifting asstards. Never again.

Sales Person:Marquese Surrell charged my bank account for the most expensive membership after I refused several times to purchase. All I wanted was standard and I was unknowingly forced to pay a month later for premium on renewal charge. And now manager is refusing to refund. -nicholas ferrara.

About 5 months ago I signed up with personal training with my membership. However, I was also told that I could cancel any time. I am a college student so the payments have become too much of a financial burden to continue paying. I talked to the manager of the club and he denied my request for cancellation. This is a fraudulent business practice as your employees do not properly inform your customers of the agreements of the contract. If I could give this POS company no stars, I would. What a joke.. I broke my back last year in a jujitsu match and during this time I was training at EOS fitness and utilizing their personal training sessions. I really enjoyed working out at Planet Fitness until the pandemic shut all gyms down. I thought EoS was a reasonable choice due to their location and reopening ahead of everyone else. Soon after joining, the second shut down forced them to close again. This time however, they had my credit card and continued to charge my card for personal training sessions I couldn’t use because they were closed. Let me just start this with the fact that I have never left a review in my life and we have never joined a gym before. I only wish that I had looked at the reviews for this company prior to joining. We did the paperwork on Feb of 2019 at the 7070 S. Durango location and signed up for personal training at that time.
