Eos Is scaming. So when you first sign up they tell you one time fee $***** then $10 a month as long as your account is open. A year later they charged $59.99. So. Scam of an establishment. I signed up for personal training because the fitness manager wouldnt stop following me around the establishment with offer after offer, he also said I could cancel anytime. Now when I go to cancel he is saying I am contracted to pay 12 payments or else he will send me to collections. I had requested a freeze on my account due to my deployment orders. They filed the freeze but they keep charging my account for personal training. I am currently not hauling this service so i see no need for them to keep charging my account. I wont be back in the states for a while either so I would like for them to completely cancel this. If possible get my money back for the past two months because I have not used their services. It is exhausting that I have to continue to try and solve this issue.
