EOS is the worst place. My son and I did enjoy working out there. They kept selling memberships, and it was getting busy. Then Covid hit. We watched improper cleaning and people NOT wiping down their equipment during Covid - putting their sweaty rags on medicine balls, then placing the ball back on the rack, only to watch the same ball being picked up by someone else who didn't wipe it down. Called and emailed to cancel 7/1 and they did cancel mine but not my wife's or kids club. Called them again in August and they said they would cancel. Still getting charged for wife and kids club. Tried today and same story. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with.

i really liked the gym setup and all when i got ready to join,however, i signed up for 6 months of personal training right before Covid hit hard and thought it would be ok and i could go back. Everyone's memberships were paused due to covid and gym closing which is understandable and when they reopened i called and asked to place me on freeze while i was recovering from covid myself. They continued charging me after I cancelled my account for a couple months. I contacted my credit card and showed them proof of my email canceling as well as the EOS confirmation they were canceling and they reversed the charges and blocked them from charging more. Since then they've been calling me almost every single day leaving voicemail telling me to fix the account problems and they've been sending me threatening mail about collections etc. can't these people get a clue leave me alone I don't want your membership go aw... read more

To anyone who has an EoS Fitness gym membership... You many what to cancel your membership due to their unethical billing policies during this pandemic and in general. If you are even 1 day late on a payment they automatically charge you a $25.00 SERVICE FEE.... NOT LATE FEE BUT SERVICE FEE... and that's charged ON TOP OF A LATE FEE.... EOS FITNESS called me the same day that gyms were allowed to open. Mitch was the rep who I spoke with and he asked when he could schedule me to come in since gyms are now open. I notified Mitch that I would not be coming in until the pandemic is over because my sister is a quadriplegic with 1/3rd lung capacity and if she catches Covid it would be certain death. I was told by the gym employee to call ABC financial to cancel my membership and have my annual refunded since I was charged literally today for it. I call ABC and the representative tells me I cant be defunded the annual fee because it was already charged, which is BS it can always be refunded. I moved from AZ in March 2020, I was a member plus had a persona trainer. I cancelled my account and they have never stopped charging my credit card. They first told me that my personal trainer would have to cancel my account, well he didn't return after COVID. When I explained this they told me they would cancel all accounts. I have spoken to them monthly and still being charged - the last charge was $720.00. What do I do to get this taken care of?
