Noticed this company had started charging me for my membership again since June. It's 17.95 per month. I noticed today Sept 18th, figured well it might be on me, Ill check my emails see if they notified me whatnot. Yea checked, No correspondence about my membership, the clubs reopening, or that they were charging me again. Ok, No worries, Ill call and cancel. I just cancelled my membership yesterday. I went to ray/rural branch and told them I've been charged for may / june and august . I've asked refund or count for future payments . store manager sydney did not do anything to regarding customer service wise. I'll never ever use EOS and will tell everyone what I had. We registered for $9.99/month service and with us our friend registered $15.99/month , and yesterday I've learned they call blue(10 usd) and black(16 usd). Horrible experience between Downtown Phoenix EOS and ABC Financial. I had received an email in August if I wanted to keep my membership frozen, which I followed the instructions to have that completed because I wasn't going to go into the gym at the time. I had reached out to the gym and spoke to several front desk employees that stated they had put the refund in and it was submitted over to ABC Financial. Sent to EOS Fitness Corp Due to current health crisis I elected suspend my membership on in March 2020. This is done through an EOS email (which contained a link for an automated stoppage request. Subsequently, this was done for myself and my wife **** **** **********). On May 18th, I called the EOS fitness Mesa (Alma School) and spoke to chandler. The gyms are great but the company is awful. I cancelled my personal training after the 6 months were over and was STILL charged an additional payment. Since June, I have gone in in person 5 times, and called twice and I keep getting the run around and being told, "I put a memo in for you" or "I emailed my supervisor." This is blatant theft. Not to mention, this has been a huge waste of my time and an inconvenience just to get MY money back. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING AT THIS GYM!

Absolutely horrible. Never was able to take my money as set up automatically at the beginning of my membership. Every month I was "late". Took 3 months to figure that out. Now, I chose to freeze my account, and then was charged my monthly dues AND my personal fitness fees. At that point I was told AFTER I froze my account, that I would need to reach the fitness manager to freeze my training. Why? We have not been to EOS since the closure. They froze our account and we have continued to freeze (through October 18th). Two weeks ago, with zero notice, EOS took two separate payments of $49.99 out of our account. When I called, they told me it was the annual fee. We received ZERO notice of these fees beforehand. I just spoke with an employee at the Pebble Creek EOS to try and cancel mine and my husbands memberships since we do not feel safe going to the gym any time soon. I’m so upset. I called in March to get member ship cancelled because I lost my job due to COVID. I was on the phone for HOURS with EOS and ABC finical because they clearly do not communicate with one another if it ain’t about money. Both told me that my membership was canceled. Now sept I received an email saying I’m PAST DUE and I owe money! I don’t have a job . How am I suppose to pay this if I already had cancelled it? Keep in mind I only had my membership for a MONTH.
