I sent an email and a letter to the location to cancel. No response. The same day I sent a cancellation letter to the corporate and also to the billing. I did receive a response from billing stating they would put a "pending cancellation" due to a 30 notice. I waited a month and a half, they took out what should be my last payment and I called to make sure I was cancelled. They cannot confirm. You know what I think? That's crooked business. The gym clientele is not for me. Otherwise, they would have 5 stars. The gym is typical and a bargain of a price. Best of all is how they took care of my 19 year old daughter when she got into a membership she did not understand. The club could not make the call but their leadership went above and beyond to make things right. I will continue to use and support this club!

I cancelled my membership in June 2020 due to the pandemic. The representative on the phone assured me all was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. Lies. I’ve been charged July, August, September, October, and November 2020. I called the gym and the representative told me their system indicates that there is proof I cancelled in June. However, she doesn’t know why I’m still being charged AND doesn’t know if a refund is something she can do. I went to EOS fitness because the gym was really nice, great amenities and the floor staff was very kind. (Keyword, floor staff). I went with Personal training as well since I havent worked out in a gym since many years. My trainer was very kind. I pay 19.99 every single month and now was randomly charged 69.98?! Absurd predatory practices happening here. Maybe return my money you stole?!

I am so disappointed in EoS. I joined a month and a half ago. I joined with the black membership because I was going to use the guest pass for my son when he wants to come with me. The sales person sold me the membership knowing this. For the first month my son came with me as my guest and everything was fine. Then I paid the $49 annual fee and all of the sudden my son couldn’t be my guest. They said that’s not the policy. Since re-opening EOS has not been ensuring members follow the mask or cleaning protocol. I use the 59th ave and 101 and 59th ave and Tbird gyms regularly about 5 times a week between the hours of 4 and 6 AM. I am 67 years old and concerned about my and my wife's health. We rarely see members cleaning equipment after use and see many members with their masks around chin not covering their nose and sometimes completely around their neck. I was with eos for awhile and then we were hit with a pandemic. I signed up for updates so that when they would reopen I would start the billing again. The month of June 2020 is coming to an end and they charge my monthly dues on the day they were being shut down again. I thought maybe they will return my payment, nope they gave me a credit. I'm waiting to hear from them to see if they will be reopening and they ended up opening back up I guess on August 15th. I was not informed even with the notification setup they offer. We canceled our EOS (Vista,Ca) membership july 2nd 2020. They told us we would be charged the annual $50 because they we were in their new fiscal year...Even though we were unable to close our account earlier due to the gym and Abc not being opened during covid ( yes ABC financial did open before the gym did). Then all of a sudden Sept 30th we were charged $50, 19.99 and 9.99?! I called Oct 1st to dispute the charges and make sure the memberships were canceled.
