On December 15, 2021 I hired a personal trainer at EOS FITNESS located at ******************************************************************************, **.The ******* that I spoke with was named ******* last name unknown. The agreement was for a 6 month plan. Because I did not actually see the physical contract I took him at his word that it would be for 6 Months only unless I chose to continue. If I could give them lower than one star I would. Eos Fitness is completely ok with committing illegal acts against their members. My wife and I signed up and during this process we were asked if we had anyone we could refer. This gym is by far the worst. I signed up in May. They managed to have 3 accounts set up for me when I went in in person. I cancelled all with in the time frame cause I was just tired or the run around and not getting any kind of answers from anyone on why they had that many account open for one person and why they were not cancelled! They signed me up for personal training which I said no to, never once gave me any kind of contract to show me anything. In June I was charged over $500 for never even working out at the gym. I started with a regular gym membership ontop of signing up for personal training. I attended the location in *********, on ****************************. At the time I had a full time job and could afford to pay for a personal trainer. I ended up losing my job shortly after, and I had went to eos to tell them my situation. I told them I could not afford to pay for a trainer that i am jobless. They said all they could do was put it on a freeze for a couple of months. They did put it on hold and no payments were being deducted... read more
