I started with EOS Fitness in February. My account was put on a freeze due to covid. I tried to call them during this time to cancel my membership. Once I was able to get ahold of them again I tried to cancel. My account had accumulated fees due to them taking my account off the freeze. I told them I wanted my account cancelled. They told me that I would not be able to cancel my account since I had fees to be paid. I told them I was not able to pay the fees because I lost my job due to covid. My wife and i joined in March 2019. We never attended due to the Covid shutdown. We froze our account in March which was granted till October 22nd. Due to Covid, on October 20, 2020 I sent EOS an email requesting to cancel our accounts due to our concerns with COVID. We have been receiving constant phone calls requesting payment since. ******, I see that there was a request to freeze for three months in June. You sent an email on Oct 20 to cancel however in October your membership reactivated and the dues tried to process on 10/22 but were unable to on your card. Staff was correct to give you ABC as they do handle all cancellations. Per the agreemen, it is a 30 day cancellation and ABC was following normal protocol. EOS FITNESS IS A SCAM!!! They push you to sign up for individual instruction, will NEVER stop charging you. and the training?? sucks! I tried to get my training charges to stop, I fell and hurt myself, BEFORE Covid! They are STILL Charging my account!!!! IT is December 2020 now and I still can't get anyone to answer my call, let alone actually do something to stop the charges. The EOS Fitness gyms are popping up all over the place, you wonder why? because they are stealing our money. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS FITNESS COMPANY.

Signed up for towel service for $10 per month. Canceled it, and they continued to charge me. Hundreds of warnings and complaints about EOS gym. I will keep a watch out for a class action lawsuit.

This is the worst scamming company I have ever dealt with in my life. Back in end of August when gyms were closed I signed my husband and I up at this gym bc they were the only gym open so far (we are members at la fitness). Two days later la fitness announced they were opening. I called eos and tried to cancel and the staff member told me I had to wait until the 23 of September to do so otherwise I'd be charged more. Never actually stepped foot into their gym, but they used my name and phone number from a friend of mine that tried to refer me for free month to make me an entire membership, accepting a signature from someone that is not me and calling me repeatedly years later telling me i owe them money and saying there's nothing they can do to wave said fee. EOS employees will not enforce the mask rules (Ahwatukeee location on Elliot). There are individuals who workout every morning with their masks pulled down. We ask the staff and they act like it isn’t their job or their problem. We ask the individuals and they just look away. We pay to workout just like they do and want a safe location.

Gym continues to charge me after I cancelled in July! It was in "pending" - even though there was no question that I wanted to quit. Suddenly, the charges started up again on 9/19. Called and some punk told me it was pending since 8/17 (wrong...) and he would put in cancellation again. I got a confirmation number. This gym is impossible to get out of. I have not been for 11 months, mainly due to COVID. I placed my account on a hold and then noticed they started charging me again. So i complained and they pretty much told me to kick rocks. I then asked that the placed my account on hold again at least and they said the would. I was still charged for the next month for some reason.
