Of course I went in to get a gym membership, but the rope you into doing personal training. I made it clear money is tight, but they don't stop till they coerce you. I regret my decision. I did one session with my trainer and felt, light headed, dizzy, and felt like I was going to pass out. I am highly anemic and probably shouldn't be pushed to do too much to soon. I spent some time overseas as I am military. As I was moving back to the states, I was visiting family for 1 month in which I wanted to go to the gym still. When I went to EoS I ensured I will be laying for ONLY ONE MONTH since I was in transit to my next duty station. I continue to get charged monthly and was recently a yearly fee. Ive tried to reach the location several times but they always refer me to the manager who never seems to be able to speak over the phone. I would love to escalate this to the regional manager. In Jan 2022, I decided to join the EOS Fitness at Ray and ******. I was told in person when I got my membership that I could could trial 2 sessions with a personal trainer for at discount. I di use the 2 sessions and paid the *****. The employee that signed me up at and that time I believe was *****. And at that time I was told that was under no obligation to continue. I did the 2 sessions and was ok with the training so let them know I didn't want to continue. They failed to mention that this was a 6 month contract after co... read more

This company is a complete rip off as far as their charges are concerned. I canceled my membership in March, understanding I would still get charged in April, then still to get charged in *** and June. When I went to the EOS fitness on ********* in ********* ****** I was told by the manager that it is just unfortunate that I have lost the money for *** and June! No I cannot get a refund! When I called their financial company *** FITNESS SOLUTIONS to get a resolution to my problem I am still being told I will get charge for t... read more
