Impossible to cancel. They say my account is cancelled and I keep getting charged my $5 per month guest fee. They can’t seem to figure it out!

Peoria Location. Staff are friendly but the company is horrible. I cancelled my account in March 2020 and received a formal acceptance of my cancellation. They continue to charge me even after I moved and it’s been difficult to get a hold of someone to help me. Avoid at all costs and go to any other gym.

They charged me the annual feee without a notice/notifying me . I joined September 2019 and only used the gym 6 months before everything closed. That is not fair since April and May they were closed and I was not going to the gym. I then got charged on June for the regular fee for blue membership without being notified , did not go once at alll in June then I froze my acc and still is frozen but makes no sense I have to pay that annual fee when I have not gone a full year(or gotten full year access) . It’s so ridiculous.

My dad, mom, brother, my boyfriend, and I all received charges on our accounts AFTER we placed our accounts on hold back on March 17th when the gyms very first closed in AZ. Following that closing date, they reopened on May 18th. During that time frame of the first shut down, they sent out an email on May 15th for members to request to further put their accounts on hold. To Whom it may concern, I’m a member at an EOS Fitness Facility located in Arizona on Warner and the I-10. I have been a member with EOS since February of 2020. I first want to say how much I enjoy the new EOS Fitness building, it’s beautiful. I love the Theater concept. And I love the waterbed massages. I also love the way the fitness machines are set up. They did a bait and switch on me with a training program. Told me that I was signing up for only 2 training sessions for $19.99. Then come to find out that they signed me up for a commitment of a 4 month training program at $136.00 a month. The old BAIT AND SWITCH TRICK. Buyer be aware!

I signed up at their DTPHX location at the end of Feb. given how close it was to my office (despite my better judgement and some of the horror stories I’d heard from friends and colleagues). I also signed up for their personal training program to help me meet some of my fitness goals.. BIG MISTAKE. Not only is the cost assinine ($180/bi-weekly for 6 months), but the sessions are only 30 min long and the cancellation process is ridiculous.
