Literally the most complicated and worst customer service! I had to cancel my gym and PT membership due to the fact that I had to move. I called my local EOS and they said they sent my info to corporate. However, I was still getting charged for my regular membership and my PT membership every two weeks when I clearly told them I can no longer continue their service. Joining EOS fitness has to be one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I got a gym and personal training membership a couple weeks before Covid-19 hit and the gym closed down. I was already disappointed in the services at my local gym as the day that I signed up they were talking to me and stated they would get me in with a personal trainer. I have tried twice to contact the location in Santa Ana CA with no reply. I have wanted to cancel but no one gets back to me and I noticed I was charged for July. Very rude staff and I would never recommend this place to anyone. My trainer was great and he was the only reason I kept going. Now for health reasons I can’t go back but can’t get a hold of the business and hade not received a call. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I have tried twice now to use the "Contact Us" option on the EOS website to cancel my account - no one ever gets back to me from my local gym in Surprise, AZ. I have not gone to the gym since COVID-19 started in my area and it is absolutely ridiculous that I would be charged without a way to cancel. Seems like a scam to me. Called 2 times to cancel mine and my girls membership, they said they did, and she was still charged. I wanted to get our membership fee waved because they didn't provide the experience they promised in Murrieta, Ca location. The gym was dirty and had lots of broken machines, not to mention the rude staff. We want our original fronted money returned and a freeze on any attempts at deducting future monies. First I would like to say that I love the people at my local gym however, there was a huge disconnect between the gym and the clients. First of all, because of the lockdown, the gym stopped charging their fees, which I really appreciated. But the moment that they decided to start charging the fees again, I would have really appreciated a text, email, phone call, something to give me a heads up and, to find out if I even planned on returning to the gym anytime soon! I'm about to report this business as fradulent, they are delinquent and should face the music. EOS Fitness (or ABC Financial since thats who I'm clearly working with) wrongfully charged my account a Rate Guarantee Fee. I followed policy and requested a refund for the $50 fee last week and I also treid to cancel my membership. You cannot cancel memberships onlilne from your portal. You can upgrade your membership and give them more money, but you cannot stop them from reaching into your account and taking your money. 3 busine... read more
