This is the billionth time trying to make this review visible! ****** is censoring my unbiased and REAL Review! Beware the fascism at foot!Scammers Charging me $53 annual fee too soon! Experienced racial profiling and sexism. I went in with my at the time abusive white partner. It was made clear that it was a membership for me but I was ignored the whole time. It was also made clear payment would be made for and by me. But when it came to signature the employeee ignored me and had alll the paperwork signed by the person I was with. I was shocked so I took a picture of the instance as legally my signature is non binding. Found my voice and went to the gym to talk to rylan the manager. He sad he wasnt even s... read more

I signed up for *** through a friend that promised the annual fees would be waived. A year later I find two separate charges for my membership. I called the *** on Sahara and Cimarron and I was promised a manager would call me back and they never did. Three weeks later I come into the gym and Gabe helped me, practically giving me no options, if I wanted a manager I would get the same response as he did If there were no notes for the waiver theres nothing we can do. Ive worked in customer service for a long time and he showed... read more

I was asked to submit a survey regarding my experience at the *** gym in *****. I was honest with my review. I advised there is crowds of ***** years olds in the gym that have a tendency to huddle by equipment and just hangout out (in no way was I saying all People ***** did this, it was just a particular few). So of course I voiced my concern that the gym staff was not making sure that groups of people dont just stay at 2-3 machines for 30 plus minutes and not use them. I was advised by ***** I'd be more than happy to put i... read more

I went into eos fitness about a week ago during I went there and plan to signed up for the monthly membership which is 24 per month and then was asked if I wanted to try PT for 2 weeks for free. I said yes and was asked to sign some things. They told me it would only be $19 for 2 weeks then after that it would be the full charge and I could cancel any time I was scheduled to meet my PT friday but then I realized they might trap me or lure me to really signed up for the PT program by that time I realized I couldn't afford it ... read more
