I told them I was self employed and a single mother and couldnt afford the PT. They promised me if they couldnt push the payment to the 31st theyd cancel it. Regardless I couldnt afford it. I didnt attend the PT other than the free provided w the membership. I have now been charged 3/26/22 even tho I repeatedly expressed hardship to the assistant manager ****** and the district manager *****. I dont get call backs or email responses anymore. I had started going to the gym for the first time and personal training with EoS on the assumption I would be able to cancel if it didnt work out for me based on what the sales rep had told me yet they were not t transparent at all. I wasnt given a choice between 4 and 6 months just how much it would cost for a certain amount of sessions per week. By far one of the worst gyms Ive ever had to deal with! I tried to cancel with them a little before December 2020 with no luck, til the date i am still being harassed by their financial team. I spoke to them and was offered no help whatsoever, all they said was i needed to speak to the manager from the location who was never available and never responded to any emails. I signed up for a two week free trial and I ended up moving states to somewhere that doesn't have EOS fitness. EOS charged my account at the end of the two week period and refused to refund the charge after I explained I had moved to a state without EOS locations.
