I have been attempting to cancel my gym membership since the gym first closed due to COVID 19 back in April. I was unable to get a hold of anyone and I emailed them letting them know I would like to cancel my membership effective immediately. I never got a response, I attempted to call them and no response. I was able to find a request to freeze my account while the gym reopened (waiting to speak to someone to cancel it altogether). I was able to reverse the $49.99 ARG which will be refunded to your card and also canceled out your membership immediately. I Would rather leave no stars!!! I am so mad right now, my husband & I are going to be charged for a month of membership, because we’re not canceling within 30 days this is during a freaking pandemic they will not wave. My husband & I waited patiently for the gym to open up to cancel with them personally. Instead the gym directs us to ABC financial their financial service that our payment goes thru... to cancel where I get the run around to contact the gym about the 30 day contract...you see what their doing!!!

This incident occurred close to 10 months ago, and I let it go, but after coming to your BBB page I have decided to post a complaint since this seems to be a commonly occurring incident. Signed up with the gym after signing up for personal training classes. Was lied too from the gym manager that gave me the tour that personal training classes were one hour. EoS Fitness are building a club in Bountiful, Ut. it is under construction and will not open until June or July 2020. They set up a sales office in a trailer and were offering a presale at a lower price. I went to the special sale and signed up for a membership for $9.99 per month no contract other than month to month and you can cancel and only pay the last month. I had a membership with this gym which claims to be monthly, I recently have many calls from a debt collector saying that I own from a remaining balance that did not pay the Gym, when I went in they always said that it was monthly, now apparently I am going to be in collections because I own them money, this is unacceptable, I never receive a bill that shows any remaining balance due, try to call, but I am not able to find a number to call anywhere.
