In my state its mandatory to wear mask. But at the eos on lake mead and buffalo, that's not the case. The leadership is not taking accountability about it and most people aren't wearing any types of mask nor keeping social distance. I hope to let management know that in these time the health of others is in your hands.

Eos has started to randomly charge me for Private Training sessions that have been cancelled months ago. When asked why this occurred and how it would be fixed I was told I wouldn’t be charged again along with a refund. However it’s a month and a half later and I am still being charge and have yet to see a refund. We called to speak to a manager numerous times I never get a call back and then was told he was busy and he’d work on that charge which is what we were told a month ago. They are greedy and highly unethical....I have paid over $1,000 in personal training sessions that I was unable to use due to back injure and pandemic, they will not honor or refund any of the unused portion, I have suggested multiple ways to be able to safely workout with a trainer and they won't budge and will only allow in gym sessions and given the spike in cases here that is absurd. I would never join another EOS. The only business behaving like this during this period of time .

I have sent the review/information to our Area Fitness Manager, Chris to assist. He actually used to be the Fitness Manager at Encinitas and knows the club and the members very well.
$70 "contract cancelation fee" cancellation fee when money is an object during a PANDEMIC. They open up and risk getting hundreds sick. Disgusting. You will spend hours on hold and will charge you for an additional month after you cancel. This gym should be shut down and the people running it should be in jail.

ABC Financial was following protocol with a 30 day cancelation where your $9.99 membership would debit on July 17. Given their systems are automated, all protocols were followed. Do not sign for a membership in this gym. My husband and I signed up end of February. I downgraded my membership and I am still being billed for the old and new membership. We have been trying to cancel due to Covid 19 after 30 days still getting billed. They are a complete rip off and worse than the mafia. The manager is never available and they will not send any documentation at all.
Since Saturday I have sent two emails to to all emails provided in the contract. with my information to cancel my gym membership under the 5-day cancellation clause. My Agreement began May 16 and decided to cancel that same week on a Saturday. I even email the GM to cancel my membership with the information he requested. So far My membership status is still active. I so disappointed EOS Fitness makes it so easy to join online and a nitemare to cancel a membership with 4 days of use.

I called the 1888 number and attempted to cancel my gym membership and was told I had to pay the 30 days fee on July 15 and then pay the annual fee on July 17, I had no other choice but to put my account on hold for a month. I've lost my job due to covid 19 and trying to make ends meet. This was my second time getting the a membership because I loved the gym. I will never come back to this gym this is completely bs I called front desk to see if the fees could be waived but the said no.

This company has horrible business practices designed to squeeze out as much money from unsuspecting patrons as possible while hiding behind deceptive contracts. Even now during the COVID-19 pandemic, they continue their predatory practices requiring patrons to stay bound to contracts despite the negative impact to their health and financial stability.
