I am working with our Cherie our Area Manager as I am typing this response, and we at EoS Fitness did reverse two charges back on to your credit card ending in 0819 on June 22 and your credit card company charged back $12.47 on June 30. With the reviews and any complaints, we do work with the them to offer a great resolve to any misunderstandings that may have existed. We do hope that you at least come by and give us a try for a week with a seven day pass online.
I really enjoy going to this gym and really enjoy the knowledgeable staff. I give the great staff a 10000% . Unfortunately this covid 19 came soo unexpectedly which many of us lost our jobs. I am still actively looking for work but it’s not easy. How can I freeze my account for at least 6 to 8 month and hopefully this virus is gone and I am fully employed Please advise I really don’t want to loose contact with such a great team.

I submitted to freeze you until the end of the year for your membership. I did have to request with Joe Ranieri our Regional VP of Fitness to freeze your PT until the end of the year. Thank you.
If you look at the responses from eos, some say we don’t charge a cancellation fee while others are saying they’d be happy to waive the cancellation fee. Sounds like fraud to me... “if we are about to lose 80% of our membership, maybe we can charge everyone $50-70 to cancel and hope they don’t notice. Oh, shoot, you noticed? We’d be happy to refund your account in ten days, meanwhile we will continue to charge your biweekly fees and annual fees! Thanks for choosing to go bankrupt with EOS!”

Faulty charges. Agreements should be shredded in this time. I’ll freeze my account so I don’t get charged. I’ll short EOS and wait them out. They tank like the rest of them. Good luck

Spreading false information about my account status in order to bolster your business should be illegal. Check the facts. I cancelled in March and was charged in June and happened to spot it on my card statement.

Unauthorized charges to my account - While the workout experience has been decent so far with the Syracuse, UT location, I completed my personal training and still get billed for it. This has happened twice since the Manager, Slade, has specifically stated that my training was complete and that I would not longer be billed for it. Savannah was kind enough to get the first charge reversed and stated this would no longer happen. However, one month later, the charge was posted to my bank account again. I belong to the gym in Oceanside, Ca I have emailed several times to have my sons and my membership canceled. I have tried calling VM is full, I have emailed only to get a response weeks later. My son and I live with my elderly parents I cannot return to the gym. I also have a personal training package that I cannot use, I will not risk my parents health just to go to the gym.
