I am beyond disappointed and upset with EOS!!!! Opening a membership and them encouraging for you to sign up for Personal training was them giving you their best customer service yet to find out it all sales!!!! I have emailed four different people to freeze my account (personal training and membership) due to some medical problems and even provided them with medical documents only for them to remove the funds!!!! My daughter may read this and be mad at me for interfering...It is her business...but she lives with me and we share expenses and this place has given her a total runaround...sucking money out of her acct at will...She tries and tries to get them to put the money back...stick with the agreement...but then oh, didn't you know, you owe for a year...or the clock started again, sorry...When this happens, I have to somehow find money to keep the bills paid here...As I said posting this may give me trouble at home...but this is af... read more

STOP. Don't come in at EOS GYM. They are a scan. My husband and I have tried countless times to cancel our subscription. But we keep been charged monthly. I called, I talked with the manager...and nothing. I am so frustrated.

I came in to get the cheapest membership as I was unsure if I could handle working out after being in the hospital with COVID and Pneumonia for nearly four months. I was duped into gettng a personal trainer once a week at $88 per month. The first session lasted 30 min and 15 of those was spent filing out paperwork. A week later, the second session was nothing special; things I already knew how to do.
