Very Disappointed and will likely never think of joining this gym in the future. I just signed up 1 week ago on 8/24 and called today to cancel on 8/31. I was told I would still be charged the $49.99 annual fee which sounds ridiculous as I literally put a request to cancel one week after signing up. This sounds like a shady practice.

I see you are on a pending cancel but what I did do is waived the ARG for you of $49.99. Your monthly will process normally and you can work out at the gym until 10/22. Thank you.
We signed up for the gym then shortly thereafter covid happened. We may have been able to go into a location for about two weeks, and then we moved. None of that was their fault so in June when I was charged dues and the mysterious annual fee (even though the locations were closed) I wasn't happy but I paid it. Joke... Wife called and canceled once covid hit. She canceled not froze.. wife called ABC financial who apparently handle EOS financials, she spoke Amanda C*** August they charged debit with $52 for annual fee. If we call and initially were told by a Sabrina we would be credited only to be called same day by Jared and saying we just froze account Lies.... We will never be an EOS customer again

horrible business... employees completely lie to cover up system errors and make up contract rules on the fly I advised anyone looking for GYM to look the other way. Save your money because I guarantee you will go through your membership with many problems on EOS' side.

I know corona virus hit and I see that you were not charged durig our first closure, but when we reopened your account had a debiting so you could use the gym once again. Charging every member but not allowing for everyone to get a workout in? Never appointments available.seems like a SCAM. Can you charge a membership that you can't gaurentee services on??!!!

David, I so apologize that there have been any limitations on setting a reservation. The state of AZ has put restrictions on capacity but they recently have taken it from 10% to 25% capacity. You should find it easier to schedule an appointment. We are working hard to with the given the guidelines that we must follow to keep out doors open. Please stay safe.
I chose to rescind the contract within 3 days as required by the contract. That was on July 11th, 2020. As of today August 10th, 2020 they have not refunded me. At first they said it would take 10 to 12 days, now they do not respond to my emails or calls. I found out that the refund company they use refunds the money to the individual clubs and the clubs are to refund to the customers. If you do some research you will find that is the method in which this organization operates. Bad business

I wasn’t aware my annual fee was coming up and I was planning to cancel my gym membership. I canceled and asked for a refund for the annual fee and said that they would get back to me on the refund (when I called to cancel.) I was also told that it probably wouldn’t happen because the fee is used to maintain gym (not my problem). No one got back to me and I searched my email to make sure. The membership was canceled but I did not receive a refund for my annual fee of 49.99. I want my refund!

Lies and tricks to get you into contracts. Then tell you after you sign they tell what you really signed up for. Either terrible internal training practices or enjoy lying people out of their hard earned money and crushing their customers goals by pushing them away with frustration and lies. VERY disappointed. I have been working to get my refund and membership canceled since June and in return, I'm being charged $30.74 more each month than what I agreed to when I signed up last year. Funny thing is, no one can explain why I was being charged way more than I was originally paying. There has been no attempt at refunding ($101.48 to date) or canceling my membership and it is absolutely frustrating.
