I came in to get the cheapest membership as I was unsure if I could handle working out after being in the hospital with COVID and Pneumonia for nearly four months. I was duped into gettng a personal trainer once a week at $88 per month. The first session lasted 30 min and 15 of those was spent filing out paperwork. A week later, the second session was nothing special; things I already knew how to do. Extremely frustrated. My husband and I have tried numerous times to cancel our subscription and the personal training for me. I've not been to the gym to do anything since signing up. I've been sick and taking care of my elderly grandmother. Then to be told bring in your medical records to prove to us so we can cancel your account?? why you aren't a doctor nor should you be privy to my medical records. You've been paid for months for services I haven't received. My husband called upset and I've called several times all we ca... read more

EOS is a rip off. Took me 3 months to cancel my membership, and they charged me the entire time, including a $68.00 yearly fee- I have nothing good to say about their shady business practices. Do not join this thieving gym.

When you canceled that made April 15 your last payment. You paid $22.99 in April as your last payment. Wow look into this gym! They are a total scam with billing! I verbally canceled in December realized I was still being charged and have a written email from February after that verbal cancellation and their billing department is still trying to add on months and extra charges in May!! They are a total scam and my credit card even recognizes this, as I showed proof of my cancellation email and thank goodness they are not allowing more charges but the customer service department for billing is terrible Ive emailed them proof a... read more
