Get directionsWent back to the gym today feeling I'd be safe after reading the reopening plan with appointments needed and masks mandated in the state. I was very wrong! Two huge signs say it's a yellow dot day so use only machines marked with a yellow dot. One machine had a yellow dot!! I proceeded with my work out as I realized 7 people within 3 ft of me either didn't have a mask or if they did they had it on wrong! If your nose and mouth aren't covered the mask does no good. I went to the rest and asked for management. I was told the m... read more
Business response:
Kathleen, you are correct in that everyone should have the wherewithall to wear a mask with the pandemic curve spiking. However, in NV, it is mandated by the state to wear facial coverings only when enter/exiting and when you can not maintain social distancing. In California, it is now mandated by the state that you must wear facial coverings at all times while inside of a facility. We have taken strides to assist member in remembering to wear a face covering with the Safety Pact that is signed when reserving a workout sessi... read more
I signed up and the guy told me for just $1 a month I could add my son. Now I am being charged for two memberships and I can't call anyone because the gyms are closed because of COVID and they charged me for the month right before Gov. Ducey closed them again. We should all get our money back. But I still need the $17.99 for my sons membership which I didn't want.
Business response:
Rebecca, We apologize for any confusion on your son's membership an d it being $1 enrollment and $17.99 a month. I have reached out to Zack and also Derek our Area Managers so they in turn will reach out to you to assist. Again, we apologize for any confusion but we will make this right.
I have been an EOS member for many years, first at the Tempe (Warner Rd) location and the last few years at the Chandler-Gilbert Rd location. I have regularly received personal training with Tetyana for most of those years, meeting with her several times a week. This has been wonderful as I am a 65-year-old trying to stay healthy and she has had a very positive influence on my life. When the pandemic began, Tetyana had to stop working (she texted me on 3/15) and stay home with her young children. The billing for my personal ... read more

I called again and was told the girl who did the cancellation was new and didn’t put it correctly...told me then I would be refunded. This was May 18th here it is June 31st still haven’t received my refund, and to top it off woke up to being charged again by them...called in and no answers and account was still active! Was told I have to email GM!! I want phone numbers not a dam email!! With money... read more
Business response:
Michele, I apologize that there was any confusion with your membership cancellation for both you and Larry. We do train our teams to provide our Member Services number for cancellation of an account as they will take your credit information down and provide a confirmation number for you. However, I see that Bernice, our Area Manager did submit to cancel immediately and provide a refund which will take approximately 2 weeks before it applies to your account. Thank you.
I’ve been a member for years but haven’t been in months due to Covid. I was told I would not be charged, yet I was this past month. I called n asked the operations manager, Arcelli, to refund the most recent charges and she refused. She was rude and unprofessional and said what she could do is not make me give a 30 day notice to cancel but they aren’t even open!! I can’t believe they would rather lose customers than refund $20 to a loyal member.
Don't ever sign up with this EOS fitness, they're ripped you up, I was called to cancel my membership on May 28, the next day they're withdraw $19.99 from my bank, i called them up again but found out that my membership still in active either they're gave me a reference # and email to send to canceled but no one response my email at all and today now i just saw they're withdraw $69.98 again from my bank. I called them up again and they're said this is transaction for cancelation fee.. this is ridiculous. They're hidden info ... read more

Calvin, we had an opportunity to speak on July 3rd and I am happy that I was able to work with your to cancel out the account and refund the Annual Rate Guarantee that did process for you. That was not a cancellation fee but the Annual Rate Guarantee that processed. However, you are all set and the refund will appear on your bank statement very soon. Thank you.
I signed up in October 2019 for the new EOS gym opening in Los Angeles. The city held up the gym's opening until 2020. At the time I signed up, I signed up for personal training but due to the prolonged opening and the fact I was traveling out of the country, I called to cancel the personal training in case the gym opened while I was away. The gym finally opened in February 2020 and I started attending the gym until the pandemic shut them down. I just looked at my bank account and even though I cancelled the personal trainin... read more

The thing that bums me out is that it's actually a great gym!
Don't ever signed up with this ficking EOS Fitness, they're ripped you up, I called to cancel my membership from last month and got charged $69.98 for stupid cancelation fee. This is ridiculous. They're said free to cancel anytime without additional charged when you open the membership on the first day, now they're ficking charged due to canceled.. Bullshit...
Business response:
******, I just let you a message stating that I can assist you. I know our systems are automated and the $49.99 Annual Rate Guarantee did process through for you that was part of the membership that you signed up for last month. And when you called to cancel with ABC Financial, their systems when canceling are automated and calculate the 30 day cancellation for you. However, I am able to assist and help resolve. I did leave you my number so please call me at your leisure. Thank you. Keith E******, Member Experience Director.
After the advertised steam room was broken for 9 months and coronavirus, I decided to cancel my membership. Over the three month process I have been incorrectly charged three times so far.
Business response:
******, I am looking at your account and I see that you spoke with staff on 6/9 and a request was submitted to cancel. It is a 30 day cancel. I see that you did two chargebacks on on the two bi weekly payments during the 30 day cancellation. Those are still sitting on your account. However, what I did do is requested to waive the to pending payments on your account so the membership can cancel out. So, your membership is canceled and the two pending payments are waived. Thank you and stay safe.
