SCAMMERS!!! They advertise 7 day free pass. THEY **** HONOR IT. I was at ******* road location and talked with lady named *****. She was absolute rude. I said I need 7 day free pass to try out. She flat out ignored that and said I need to sign up with $99 startup fees for $9.99/month. When I informed that it was $25 starting fee, she refused to honor that as well. **** GO BY THEIR ADVERTISEMENT ON WEBSITE!!!They get lot of customers now and dont care of new customers anymore!

I have been on monthly autopayment for over a year and never had a problem. I just happen to look at my checking account and saw they took out an extra $25 for my June ****. I called and they said my card was denied and it was a fee for the card being declined. I have always had sufficient funds plus overdraft protection on my checking so my card will never decline! Joined less than a month ago and already want out. Was told during signup that I could try out their personal training for $19. I was *** told that I was signing up for a six month contract and can no long get cancel the membership or training because I have active training. My first and most recent session were consultations where I paid $32 for no training. Scammers! Bad customer service!I signed up early in downtown ** while the gym was under construction still. I was responsible for 2 accounts. I moved out of ** a month before the pandemic ********* happened. Prior to leaving I stopped in the location doing the signups to cancel my accounts (the gym was still not open). While working out at the *** on ******** in ******** **, someone used bolt cutters to cut my lock off in the men's locker room, stole my wallet and put another lock on the locker to slow me down. By the time the front desk cut the other lock off and I discovered the stolen wallet, the thief had already charged $800 on my credit cards as well as taking all of the cash in my wallet. One simple word about eos fitness FRAUD I signed up June 7th and paid $20 and within 14 days they charge me $80 for the membership fee and another months payment . They dont even give you 30 days from the time you sign up to cancel your membership. The reason why they want that. 30 days so they can charged the membership fee and another month before you are able to cancel. They are scamming people to make money . specially the sales agent at the fitness center..they never disclose importance information about your payment . ... read more

So pleased he could take care of you. our teams do highlight 14 days or 30 days prior to your first debiting. You do have a 5 day right of refusal and then after that your debiting will process on the 14th or 30th day given the particular promotion. I apologize for any confusion.
I requested a refund from them because they took money out my account without permission. And now it's been over 2 weeks and all they can say it's still pending for approval. Then have to wait another week to be back in my account. Feel like this is ridiculous because money shouldn't taken out in the first place.

I've been to *** twice and after the second time, I think I'm done trying to sign up there. The first time was late 2020 to test the waters and I had such a difficult time canceling their membership, it took nearly 5 phone calls and multiple different representatives. They basically inform you that you NEED to hook up your bank account to your *** account so that they can collect past due payments.
