Ive been a member of EOS for 8 years. I have the best trainer in the industry. ******************** is her name and I joined the gym so I could get her as a trainer. Shes kept me with the gym. I think the gym only gets better and better every year. I only pay $24.99 a month plus my training. This business is a scam disguised as a gym membership.l! STAY AWAY!! Once they have your payment information you will never be able to cancel your account. I have tried 4 times now. Each time they tell me that the cancellation request has gone through successfully, and then I get another bill the next month and they say it was never cancelled! If you dont pay the money they say you owe in this scam, they will report you to the credit bureaus. STAY AWAY! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING OR YOU WILL NEVER GET OUT!

The notes indicate that you canceled on Nov 9 meaning that Dec 5 would have been your last payment. Your previous dues didn't go through due to a balance on the account but again I waived that for you and you are all set.

i have no complaints on the condition of the gym, but membership to this gym is a very malicous contract, their cancellation fees are outrageous and the sheer amount of hoops i had to jump through to even get it cancelled is obscene, I moved out of state in march and have been trying to deal with them consistently since then.
