I was told in person when I got my membership that I could could trial 2 sessions with a personal trainer for at discount. I di use the 2 sessions and paid the *****. Awful customer service in the past two weeks we have showed up to the gym early morning and gym is closed hours are supposed to be from 4:00 am to midnight waited over an hour more than 100 people waiting outside the gym nobody showed up to open doors absolutely ridiculous this company doesnt take business seriously ??.

We have developed a plan to help combat this experience by having two staff members open the **** at 4 am. I did manage the downtown **** for a year and I understand the effect being late has on our members. Please forgive the tardiness of the employee and thank you for your patience as we fight hard to do better.
We are having the same issue as other clients. We gave our credit card information to be billed for regular monthly membership, we then started seeing abnormal charges in the amount of $88 on three separate occasions. After a month of trying to get a hold of their fitness manager and general manager, with no results other than "we'll have someone call you back" we are here filling out the complain forms so that others can avoid the same poor treatment. It very unfortunate that most reviews are about my same issue, overcharge after cancellations, I cancel and they told me they would bw one more payment because of the "30 days policy" but dispire that they wanted to take an annual fee on a cancelled account. I try to talk to managers who are never available and the people i talk to dont have a clue of why the charges. I had no choice but to put a stop payment from my bank. And *********** now im getting charge through another ******* account. this is wrong in so many levels.... read more

Thank you for having been a member. Our processing company has established a 30 day cancel and even if the Annual Rate is part of that 30 day it still runs. Good Morning, I have signed up on 28 April, 2022. I signed up for the personal trainer. Come to find out Im leaving the country soon as Im in the military. I cancelled the personal training via email on 16 May, 2022. After no response I followed up and called on 18 May, 2022. Got a call back from the fitness manager, said not a problem he will cancel it and I wont be charged again. I get charged $228 on May 27, 2022. Im sitting here at a local EOS in *******,** waiting to talk to the manager about the contract my daughter signed for a trainer. Worst gym Experience Ive ever had. I was told in person when I got my membership that I could do I trail run with a personal trainer it ended up that my work lost a ton of employees and I was working like crazy covering everyone elses shifts. I called to cancel before my trail period ended and was told no you have a 6 month contract. I was then told there was absolutely no way to cancel it and pretty much I was out of luck.
