This company doesnt care for it customers they push and they push without caring if you they can help or not. I have a small baby and I wanted to work out on my own because I dont have constant availability everyday they wouldnt allow me to cancel my personal training and the Manager is constantly dodging me left and right. I canceled my membership and then got a call 2 months later from a collections agency saying I owe money from EOS. I went to EOS and they said I can get out if I re sign up, pay a $50 fee and stay a member for 2 months. I did that and kept my membership for 4 months. Now I go to cancel my membership again and I get a call that I owe 170 dollars from a collection agency. I paid in full every month. Crooks. They lie lie lie. They fired the personal trainer that my wife wanted to specifically use and now they wont cancel her contract. Stay away. Theyve charged her over $400 in just 3 weeks .

After a year of never using my membership, I went online to cancel my membership and the contact page clearly stated that cancellations must be done in person. So, in August of 2022, I went to the location on Durango/I-215 and the young man at the counter said that a ******************************************************** September of 2022 then my membership would be cancelled and I would no longer be charged. This was a lie. I don't check the debits of my bank account regularly but discovered this evening, 4/20/23, that Eo... read more

Getting really tired of this location and about to cancel my membership for good. I've been good with my payments and never missed once. I updated my form of payment for them to take out automatically when it's due -which has never been an issue- days in advance and now I go to check and I'm passed due. Spoke to an employee at that location who didn't even care to help. I might as well have went to Planet Fitness

EOS is nothing but a huge scam. I signed up for a 7 day pass which they had told me I needed to come in person to get it activated. Well guess what , it took more than 7 days for me to get there so they told me they couldn't give me a 7 day pass even though they never had my id to activate one until I got there. Bait and switch. They were just trying to railroad me into buying a membership on the spot despite not being able to test out the club. Guess I dodged a bullet, I hear it's not so easy to cancel your membership here
