Snobby, always crowded, not enough equipment, lock you into contracts that you can't get out of, I'm not a member anymore but they are still trying to access my checking account for personal training. I had to lock them out and get a new debit card. No one knows how to stop them.

Gym is great. Mens locker room nasty floors are ****** showers floors are nasty i contracted a toe fungus from is. The jacuzzi is cold and dirty. The pool is a mess. Truly a sad way to run a business. I have told the front desk personnel. Nothing has improved. I'd stop going but i need to lose weight. So unfortunately I'm stuck

Of course I went in to get a gym membership, but the rope you into doing personal training. I made it clear money is tight, but they don't stop till they coerce you. I regret my decision. I did one session with my trainer and felt, light headed, dizzy, and felt like I was going to pass out. I am highly anemic and probably shouldn't be pushed to do too much to soon. I spent some time overseas as I am military. As I was moving back to the states, I was visiting family for 1 month in which I wanted to go to the gym still. When I went to EoS I ensured I will be laying for ONLY ONE MONTH since I was in transit to my next duty station. I continue to get charged monthly and was recently a yearly fee. Ive tried to reach the location several times but they always refer me to the manager who never seems to be able to speak over the phone. I would love to escalate this to the regional manager. Maybe one of the only clubs that's 24 hours but as a member of EOS for a very long time when it comes to higher *** in EOS fitness hierarchy when having a conversation expect to be treated very poorly and like they are keeping score never been treated with so disrespect in My life and I would Strongly reconsider going toEOS

This company is a complete rip off as far as their charges are concerned. I canceled my membership in March, understanding I would still get charged in April, then still to get charged in *** and June. When I went to the EOS fitness on ********* in ********* ****** I was told by the manager that it is just unfortunate that I have lost the money for *** and June! No I cannot get a refund!
