Japantown Dental is always a pleasant experience for me. Very nice and easy going.
I had a problem and was given an appointment two days later. I have been a patient of Dr. Hiura'sfor mny years and have had extensive dental work. He is professionally skilled, up[to]date and kind.
I have been going to see Dr. Hiura for the past 20+ years, now my husband and kids go, and we all feel comfortable and know we are getting the best dental care. Dr. Stephanie is also a great caring dentist. My daughters feel comfortable and relaxed when they go see her for the cleanings. Love our dentist!!
We moved to Sacramento 14 years ago and could not find a good dentist. We tried two different ones and were not very excited about either of them. I went online to see if Dr. Hiura was still in practice...and much to my surprise and happiness...he was still in practice. When surprises happen in the dental chair, I have to fight the urge to run BUT Dr Huira is such an excellent dentist, I stay in the chair (chanting Hail Mary's in my mind) and I ALWAYS leave happy I stayed. I am phobic about dental work. This doctor is the best. Not only is he fast, but a true artist in getting the work to matchup with the rest of the teeth.
If you have to get a crown on your wisdom tooth, who better to keep you entertained and distracted but Dr. Jerry Hiura and his Assistant Shirley! They made a long appt. go by very quickly and with a dose of humor to boot!!!!
