The whole team is extremely professional, very friendly and helpful and give the best advise. These are the reasons I stayed with Japan Dental for 30+ years, even if I have to commute many many miles because I always get the best service,
The staff is friendly, professional & efficient. This includes the front office staff, the hygienists, assistants and of course Dr. Jerry. They have watched my children grow up into adulthood and still care for all of us. 2 thumbs up!
my experience was the usual excellent one. Before finding Dr Hiura I was very very dental phobic. It is really a miracle of sorts to have my dental health finally getting to normal.
I've been a patient here for many many years and the care has been consistently excellent. Five stars!
Dr. Huirra and his staff always take their time to give their patients the best of care. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly too. I am glad that he is my dentist.

I love coming here, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming without being annoying. They are really good about reminding you to come in. I was too late to reschedule an appt I forgot about (even after all their phone call reminders) but it was only for a cleaning so I ended up going and felt good after my visit. Their work is very efficient, recently Lorraine has been cleaning my teeth, and she's so sweet and has great people person skills. I really appreciate the care provided by Japantown Dental's staff for my family. The office is modern and efficient. You can be reminded and confirm appointments via text message which is great. The staff is very good at presenting options for dental care and preventative ways to ensure good dental health. I have a young child and found the staff to be great with kids. They have made dental care visits a positive experience for him.
