Overall our stay was excellent! Only giving 4 stars because parking was tight and we had to park far away when we returned in the evenings. We had an exterior entrance to our room which was great and made things easy with a one year old. Our room had a beautiful lake view and chairs outside our door. The water park, outdoor pool, free bike rentals and affordable breakfast buffet we're great. There was free transportation to the fourth of July fireworks via train and that was a huge plus as well! The hotel is overpriced and outdated. With the price you pay a free breakfast should have been included! The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The plus the view from the gym and our room was beautiful

Pretty happy besides the fact that our shower didn't work in our room. Park-indoor/outdoor and food were great. Kids had a blast. Definitely will be back.

My family and I loved it here. Our room was very clean and spacious. There is tons of stuff to do at the hotel and everyone was very friendly!!

We had 4 adults 2 teenage kids on a Saturday night. No motels in Duluth had vacancies. We came in after midnight and the desk clerk gave us a deal on a suite with 3 queen size beds-perfect! Room was clean. It's a long walk to breakfast. Was impressed with the lifeguard staff watching over the kids. All I can say is thankyou Edgewater for saving us from having to drive home a long way!

Overall a good deal and we had fun. Wasn't too impressed with the fact that an envelope with my personal information in it was hung on my door in the morning for "convenient check out" so unsafe!!!!! I will be going to the highest person I can about that. Can't even believe they can do that!

Very nice place for a family vacation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the water park. Nice easy location to get to other tourist stops around the area as well. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed a nice 4 nights in the Tiki Tower with a lake view room. Our kids LOVED the waterpark, and the location was convenient for visiting many other tourist spots in the area. Facilities could use some updating and customer service could be improved a bit, but overall a great spot for our family getaway. Kids thought it was AWESOME. 😊
