I think the prices to come there just to swim are outrageous

Outdated, the place is a maze to get around. Nothing was as advertised. We had a nice view of superior but the freeway was noisy all day and night. The outdoor pool has missing tiles and chunks of cement missing all around it. The only good thing was the nice staff. For what we paid we will most likely not go back.

I would suggest Perkins next door for breakfast instead of the buffet...rooms were clean
We had a great experience when we stayed there. I would definitely recommend it, and my family plans to stay there again next time we're in Duluth

$280 a night for a dump. Room was outdated, smelly, and had huge stains on the carpet and curtains. Did not feel comfortable at all staying there. And with people reporting beg bugs, could not stay another night. Questionable bedding on the bunk beds, made me really wonder if they take that bedding off between guests? Bathroom was old and tiny. We take all bug related issues very seriously. Even under the suspicion of bed bugs we have a local exterminator come out and treat the room in question.
So disappointed by the cleanliness of our room. Floor wasn't vacuumed and bath still had water in it from the person before us.

Although the waterpark was nice and ideal for young children, my room had bed bugs and I was made to feel like I was crazy when I called the front desk to complain. Also, a friend of mine went up there this past week and their room was a disaster. It was not clean and when asked to get a cleaner room, they were told no.

We paid $800 dollars to stay two nights here An had a horrible experience. The water park is small An after 30 minutes your bored, Everything is highly over priced, cost 3 dollars just to use a locker in the pool area An a additional 3 dollars every time you open it which is crazy, the pool closes way to early An you guys don't even have adult times to swim? The whole hotel smells like mildue an the rooms were disgusting. Would never stay here again An wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
