Wow. Paid quite a bit of money for this place. Granted all of Duluth was full so you stay where you can. Saturday nite we went to the lounge before 10 and no bartender. Seriously? About 20 people in there but bar was closed. Our room.. wow. Don’t get me started. Dirty and Updates are sorely needed. Your head of housekeeping is not doing you any favors. Air didn’t work and no fan in the bathroom. Not even a switch to turn it on?? The second nite we hit the lounge earlier. No wine bottle opener. WTH?

Dear Pege, I am terribly sorry for these issues you experienced. We strive exceed expectations in regards to cleanliness and hospitality. I am disappointed we missed our goals to do so with you. I know that our bartender was very busy this past weekend and they were here late both Friday and Saturday nights. On occasion they do leave their post to stock or to get change. I apologize the perception was they were unavailable.
This place sux. Everythings dirty with an inch of dust and very old. Floors have garbage on them. 240 for a suite. Hot tub is cold. Scratch it off my bucket list. Never going back.

Room was very clean but carpet was in bad shape, tears and holes!!! Reception desk people were very nice and courteous.

First time here and we are impressed! Clean room. Full hotel yet quiet. Lake Superior view. Beautiful! We will go back again!
The water park was good but it costs 1743 dallors we look at the lake for two nights the first night we look at a wall by 5 minuits we left and got a nother Room that looks at the waterpark

It was extremely over priced. One night 214 dollars. Two pizzas and five drinks 60 dollars. Not even free breakfast for the kids!!!!! Indoor water park pools were extremely dirty and bathroom in water park was dirty. Air conditioner in room went out. No maintenance on to even fix it. Front desk did find someone to fix that. At check in given "two free drink tickets." Ha! Buy one get one free. No vending machines with snacks. Just an extreme disappointment for the money that was spent there.

Dear Jane, I would like to apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. I am truly sorry that the air conditioner stopped working and we were unable to send maintenance right away to address the issue.
Could be a nice place but the lifeguards have a Nazi mentality. I had two of my grandsons with me. Everything we did the one female lifeguard yelled at us to stop. It is a water park not a library. The same lifeguard even told a young gal who was just floating on the lazy river. There was no others in the river yet the lifeguard told this young gal two times to move it along. She was bothering nobody. We finally left as the rules are way out of hand. I do not recommend this place if you want to have fun.
