First time here and I would go back! So impressed inside the water park on how the life guards are watching and protecting the swimmers!

Very high priced for very poor upkeep. The whole hotel is very outdated, the rooms are old, dusty, ripped carpets, and our phone was even broke in our room. We didn't even want to take our shoes off the carpet was that questionable. The bedding was gross, had pen and something else all over it. The kids bunk beds were even more gross. And even though this is an obvious place for kids the hot tub was the same degree as the pool and was very disappointing. This hotel is incredibly dirty, from the halls, to the rooms, bathrooms, waterpark- you name it, it’s gross. The food they rave about at Tiki Toms isn’t even edible, and we aren’t picky. Just gross.

Room has mold on the ceiling, only part of the "fancy" shower works. Lifeguards are very rude, yelled at my son because he didn't hear the announcement on the speakers (which I couldn't even understand and I wasn't swimming). Niceness goes a long way. The rooms, especially need to be remodeled, they have definitely seen better days. Kids enjoyed the pool when they weren't being yelled at. Poor Wi-Fi and too much chlorine in pool..after swimming for a day my kids skin was raw.
I take my kids there every year over the Christmas holidays. That’s their big gift. They love it there and so do I! Staff is great, everything is clean and safe!
Third time staying here,last two times was enjoyable,this time a disaster, pool closed because of electrical problems,arcade was open after electrical problems but the employees decided to close early, gire alarm goes off and emoyees running around not knowing what to do,bad attitude at front desk workers which are college students,no real supervisor at sight,compensation one night during their slow season, what about ruining my xmas vacation!
I had a room wednesday night the mirror on the bathroom door was about to fall off. I don't know how house keeping could have missed that, the glue was not holding it at all it was being held on by the 3 clips it had left. I had to constantly watch my kids around it. The water park is way to cold, my 4 & 6 year olds were shivering the entire time and we had to go in the hot tub every 10 mins just to warm up!
