Edit: The front desk associate was misinformed and management has corrected the issue. FYI to any Superior residents who evacuated, unless you booked straight through their site, they are not honoring the discount they stated. What a disappointment.

Terrible experience. Was great 20 years ago when I was a kid, but the place looks like (aside from the waterpark, which is somewhat new) it has not had any updates since then. It's terribly overpriced, we got a room on the London Road side and it was so hot you couldn't sleep. After 3 complaints, we were moved to a room overlooking waterpark. It was so noisy--not what I wanted. There's a reason I didn't book a room overlooking a waterpark. Hot tub was cold. Breakfast was terrible. Whole place needs a remodel.
The pool area is ran like a fucking Nazi regime. Wouldn't even let the kids bring a Barbie doll or a snorkel in the pool with them. What the hell difference does it make? Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.
So disappointed dirty room full of cob webs paint on the walls in terrible condition chairs and floors stained paint chipped and coming off the walls in the waterpark getting into the water just dusty and dirty...I wouldn't recommend or come back I will drive the extra miles to go someplace else.
EXTREMELY Dirty (old, outdated) rooms, heater was broke and with two small children 62* was unacceptable. The pools were freezing COLD and the lifeguards were very rude. Don’t waste your money at this water park.
The room was ok, lake view was nice. Place is obviously older and run down. Things like non functional hairdryers, faucet that wasn’t actually attached. Pool is old, but kids had fun. Don’t waste your time on the overpriced, cold breakfast. Rip off. Common sense says you put a wet floor sign out after mopping. Oldest fell (hard) on the wet tile outside the elevator as it had just been mopped. Bruised up his elbow and hip pretty good. It’s just, eh. Overpriced!
Total dump. Don’t waste your money. Rooms were dirty, food was a joke and the lines at check in are laughable. After reading through the reviews here it’s obvious the ownership really doesn’t care. We’ll never go back. I wish I would have seen these reviews before we made the trip.
