Not good service.
Very good value! Had a wonderful view of the lake from our room. The water park was a lot of fun for our family. Plan to make this an annual trip.
We paid almost $200 a night for this VERY outdated unkept motel. Not only that but they told us breakfast was included so we went down for breakfast the 1st morning and they told us it wasn’t included and had to pay $10 a piece for it. I would not stay here again and I do not recommend it at all.
My biggest complaint is that I didn’t realize the hotel has detached rooms from the main one. I felt like we were in a road side motel. Also our second day it was only 47 degrees so having to run to and from the pool to our room was freezing. This water park is best suited for children under 7. The hotel itself not so great but staff was excellent. Duluth has lots of great hotels. Spend the extra $20 and get something worth the price.
Room was fine. Everything else was horrible. We dreaded going from the parking lot to the room and vise versa.. kids were running everything and the place was just a nightmare. Over booking rooms.. one lady found somebody’s old clothes in their room when they checked in. It was a mess.
Free parking. 4th level Bar open 5p-11p. Concessions open 5p-10p. Hotel shop open 6:30am-10pm. No free breakfast. Their "Buffet" is $6.99 and serves eggs, pancakes, cereal and sausage Sat 7a-10:30a. 24/7 Pop machine $2 takes credit cards. Outdoor pool, hot tub and indoor hottub at watermark. Lazy River. Lockers. Several Lifeguard staff on duty. Waterpark area and hallway near it smells stuffy and funky like body order and chlorine. Tap water is dirty. Don't drink it. Byob.
