RecommendedMy boys and I live this olace. Plus it's in Duluth. Double win! If you've never been, check it out. So much to do.
Rooms are disgusting, filthy, moldy, paint and wallpaper falling off if the walls, carpets are gross and furniture is falling apart.
Had the same problem as many of the others on here who tried to check in and their rooms were not ready. The waterpark was fun for my 5 year old. The room was gross. It was like a worn down motel you pay cash for in a meth infested area. I asked the front desk girl if the motel across the street was where we were staying and she corrected me “It is not a motel.” Actually it is a motel lol. I struggled with letting my kids stay there. This place is in need a of serious renovation! Outdated/run down furniture! The lobby and hallway carpet is beat up! The room door, bathroom door and balcony door are all beat up as well! Parking sucks, garbage overflowing from garbage cans would explain why it’s all over the curb! Seriously a disappointment!
Overpriced disgusting worn out dump
Worse ever. Got there, after checkin time and there were garbage bags in front of our door so we had to move them to get in. then, there is an a/c unit, not a window unit, behind a magnet door that was really loud. That door didn't lock and my one and three year old had access to it. The ceilings in the bathroom were spotted yellow. There is ripped carpet ever where, the parking is terrible, and the public reatrooms looked like they were never cleaned. I will not be going back to this place. It's not worth the money.
Haven’t even gotten my room yet. Customer service is ridiculous. Hotel policies dumb and the grounds aren’t even that impressive. Been trying to check-in but our room is not even ready yet. We’ve been told multiple times to check back to get our room assignment. Never coming back
Beautiful view, nice beds!
As if hotels aren’t expensive enough, they tack on a fee for using the microwave, fridge, coffee pot, etc (whether you use them or not)...should just come with the room. We also had a couple dirty wash clothes in the bathroom upon arriving. They should probably use the “fee” to replace their hole filled blinks in the room! Front desk had a line of 8-9 people checking in, room over an hour to get through it.
