Recommendedwaterpark was great for little kids. the food was good. people super helpful and friendly, not fake. we had a room with bunkbeds, kids loved it, than everyone got a bed of their own. I would come back!
I don’t recommend this Waterpark and hotel because, our rooms were dirty when we checked in, toothpaste or something sticky was in the carpet, microwave was disgusting, dogs barking next door to us, hotel is very run down, food is wayyyyy over priced. Couple things that were great, was the view (of the lake), arcade, indoor Waterpark (kids had a blast), patio to outside of your room, parking lot is roomy, Perkins and holiday are right next door.
First room they said was ready literally had food in the fridge and toys from the previous guests spread around. Totally unclean. The second room was just as bad. Refused to refund.
Dirty, noisy rooms, extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. Very dated hotel that would benefit from updates. Stairs are hard to find, hotel layout in general is bad. Lobby ceiling was leaking water and dripping everywhere. Only food offered was overpriced “grill” in pool area. While it is the only Waterpark in the area I do not recommend this hotel. For The amount of money they charge ($200+/night) they could definitely put some money back into the hotel.
Everything needs to be updated. Faucets leaked in our room, there was a hole where the fire sprinkler was, bathroom tub was falling apart, tags were left in the room from previous guest, mold on our pillows, fridge was so frozen we couldn’t use it, phone in our room didn’t work. Cleanliness was not there I could barely stay the two days we were there. On top of it I forgot my electric toothbrush and they magically can’t find it. Everything is just outdated and not clean. Would not recommend.
water park not up to snuff floors are super slippery rooms have tears in the furniture paint falling off the wall saunas not working almost 300 a night what a joke never again should be more like 150 a night
My family was just there yesterday, for the first time. Had a great experience! Our daughter loved the Waterpark. Clean room with a Great Lake view. Our room was close and convenient to everything. Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. We never had to leave the premises other than we went to Bentlyville 🎄❤️
This hotel is a complete dump!!! The rooms are dirty, the hotel is falling apart. We ordered food at the Waterpark they served my daughter raw chicken. You get an electric shock when you hit the button in the outdoor whirlpool.
