What a dump. Staff is incompetent on every level. Their obviously understaffed in the maid department. Guaranteed check in at 4:00? Not so much. Do not stay here.
Don’t waste your money! The rooms are disgusting, ours wasn’t even cleaned! They made us do that. Breakfast was gross. Most of the staff were rude. We were promised a refund but that didn’t happen and the lady hasn’t returned any of my phone calls or emails. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and we will never be returning.
First we were enjoy the waterpark, but arent happy with how they handled 2 calls to front desk about 10-20 high school kids in the hall making noise, watching videos on phones, knocking on doors, running up and down the halls it started about midnight until 4am. I went out in the hall twice and asked them to be quite and they were very rude. the first time I called the front desk he told me it wasnt his problem o ok. and the 2nd time he said I will see what I can do. i dont think that's very good costumer service and not rig... read more

Sitting on the balcony enjoying Lake Superior. Loved the Waterpark.
decided to stay here for 3 nights after our wedding. for a short close to home honeymoon. until we get a chance to do something nice. well check in took an hour in line just to check in. the rooms are dated and dirty. bathroom has mold growth in the tub. water park is insane can't get in any pools to crowded. don't up the extra money for the breakfast descusting not worth the money. it should be free breakfast like most hotels. the walls are super thin. I can here my neighbors clearly. not worth the 160.00 a night.
