RecommendedVery helpful and kind people work there. And there is no shortage of help at this hotel. The grill in the pool area has awesome and reasonably priced food. Rooms are large and quiet. Hotel is old and could use some updating.

horrible customer service. disgusting water park with mold like substance falling from the ductwork in the water park. all over our skin, table, clothes, food and drinks. manager was dismissive and rude. offered a 25 dollar credit on a 550 dollar hotel bill. disgusting. do not stay here!!
Definitely DO NOT waste your money! The Edgewater Hotel and Waterpark is absolutely disgusting. There was a giant stain on the carpet in our room. Water park is ok but not nearly enough tables or life jackets. Definitely not enough parking for guests. Go to Great Wolf lodge if you want a clean, fun, and wonderful experience!
My list is too long. Absolutely NOT worth $250 a night. Run down, damaged and shabby, stained carpet, bad food, 2 bedroom suites are apparently 2 rooms with a door between them so not at all a “suite”, maze like layout, all over ridiculous.
Worst part..... manager said they were to busy to even talk. Overheard them tell the desk clerk they didn’t care. Were In town for a huge hockey tournament. Booking site made no mention the water parks closed. Called to extend stay to use the water park and no one mentioned water parks closed. Booked 4 teams to stay here and they won’t get to use the water park.
My 7 month old got a viral infection literally 12 hours later from this place..... they have always had cleanliness issues definitely won’t come back
