Worse experience ever!!! Dirtiest hotel ever!!! Managers would not come out from the back to talk to any of the people who complained about their nasty rooms. first and last time there. Would never reccomend this hotel to anyone. I have recorded video conversation with the staff about our room, with them saying they can't do nothing about their dirty rooms and there was so many other nasty complaints about the room and nothing was addressed. They showed no hospitality, very unprofessional and dirty!!!
We always get a room at the edge during winter time for the kids as something to do. This time we decided to stay two nights instead of one. Well little did we know they were under new management and altered the water park hours (we were not made aware prior to booking or when we checked in) Who closes a water park from 11-4 along with their arcade?! We had 6 kids in a room bored out of their minds!! You can only swim from 8-11am and 4-9. Very disappointing for us and our children, we won’t be returning. I feel for the 350 d... read more
The rooms were expensive and absolutely disgusting! After being changed rooms once our second room had old food on the floor a water bottle under the bed and a pseudo scorpion on the sheets!
