Loud crappy fridge keeping me awake all night......
Buyer beware! We're currently staying here and were quoted 332 dollars that included taxes for 2 nights and then get charges for 398. We were told, "well, that's what you signed for." Actually, no it's not because your front desk staff person didn't make that clear at all. We are paying 200 dollars a night for a room that has 2 queen beds and pull out couch. Big whoop! Beds are crap. Water park is much smaller than advertised and the breakfast buffet is sub par. They ran out of food and the food wasn't that great to begin wi... read more
Overall this hotel was way too over priced for the state of our room. We were up north for our 1 year wedding anniversary and my husband decided to take us here, when we got into the room the hot tub was dirty (I shouldn't have to clean the tub before I get it in) the carpet in front of our bathroom was soaking wet don't know what from either, there was hair all over the tub and shower. Then we had a noon checkout and the cleaning lady just decided to walk into our room at 11 to start cleaning it while we were there, even th... read more
