Dear Tracie, We apologize about the rule change. The issue at hand was the overwhelming amount of early check-ins we were receiving (and we get it, people are anxious to get into the waterpark). On average 50% of our Friday/Saturday check-ins were coming BEFORE check-in time (during school breaks we would sometimes see this number even higher).
