RecommendedGreat experience!! The water park fell was good, the rooms were clean, the price was good.
Just had a recent stay with this hotel. Specifically booked a pool side room for our children. Only to learn we would just be starring at the pool which was CLOSED 98% of our stay. Very expensive to stay there and upon departure I brought concerns to the front desk manager whom did nothing to address my concerns. Very disappointing and will not be bringing back business for them. Sad when your child is upset he just wants to swim and the pool is closed until 4 pm!
I wish there was a yes but no recommendation. I day that because the room isnt too bad. we have our 4 grandkids with us and we booked a Thursday and Friday. The sad thing is the waterpark doesnt open until 4 and it closes at 8. 4 hours? That's it? You pay more because it is a waterpark and only get 4 hours out of the first day. So, Friday, the waterpark is open from 8am-11am and then closes until 4. dont stay in the winter they won't plow the lot and everyone will be stuck with no options!!
an awesome hotel! a must see! a great family getaway anytime of the year
Stayed there last night with my 4 yr old and 9 yr old. our "neighbors" were very loud, screaming and blaring music until 1 am. They kept waking up my kid, myself and my husband. We tried to call the front desk multiple times and nobody answered. Only good part were the lifeguards who were very nice.
Water park is super fun and family friendly
