RecommendedAfter reading previous reviews I have to admit I was very skeptical about coming here, our room was in the tiki tower. It was nice and clean. No complaints. Staff was super friendly. Water park was great, my son and nephew had a blast. Outside they had activities for the kids. Mini golf, playground, pool, station set up to make a pineapple cup filled with candy, fire with s’mores and a movie playing. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back!

Stayed at the edgewater and we stayed at the hotels that are not connected to the waterpark. and you are not able to control the air conditioner at all so are 2 day stay was not great cause the air conditioner was working the greatest!
The water park area itself was fine, and the hotel staff were fine. The room though, was dirty. The bathroom grout was dirty, the caulking around the tub was stained red and brown. The shower head was corroded and there was dust and hair in the corners. There was a random piece of Scotch tape on the molding around the door and the ceiling was peeling down. Also, the hallways had tiles that were peeling away from the walls. I do not expect great things from hotels, but for $300 per night, I expect basic cleanliness.
Will never return. Check in is at 4:00 and we finally get in our $500 room at 6:00 and all we get is $15 hotel bucks. We have our stuff by the pool so my 13 year old son and his friends can swim on his birthday and we get yelled at for having our hotel things by the poolside while we wait for our room. Never again.
My Father and I were charged for wristbands to just to enter the water park not actually go in the water.

Stay away! This place is a dump! Very run down! The hot water didn’t work, our fridge wasn’t cold at all! The room is as gross! The carpet was gross! Just a very bad experience all around!
The whole family had a blast celebrating my youngest birthday! Definitely a recommend location... clean, polite, and professional staffing! Wonderful place to let loose and have some fun! Thanks You Edge Waterpark for a memory we will never forget!
