PHOTOS IN COMMENTS Avoid at all costs. Yeah looks like a fun place but this is the most disgusting hotel we have ever been to. To top it off there was no apology or reimbursement to make anything right. I've never been so disgusted with a hotel in my life. Honestly felt like I needed to wear a hazmat suit in our hotel room.
Terrible experience from the moment we arrived. Front desk staff incompetent and rude. Our room wasn't ready... they said 2 people were cleaning it at 5pm. The room was not clean, lipstick on the blanket, crumbs everywhere, slow draining plumbing... waterpark is cold... Door locks didn't work, but they told us it was our fault for demagnatizing the key... It felt as though us paying to be there was an inconvenience.
Dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at including black mold on the bathroom ceiling, ducts that need to be badly cleaned with a thick layer of dust blown across the ceiling, bugs in 2 rooms and a fingernail left on one of the beds. Staff was horrendous!
One of the dirtiest places we have stayed...the room was so disgusting! There appeared to be dried blood on the walls, black dirt/mold on the air vents, torn wallpaper throughout. The beds were hard and the bed skirts were filthy. And the carpet was filthy...We had my 3 year old granddaughter and 6 year old great niece with who couldn’t take their shoes off or sit on the floor without fear of contracting who knows what. RecommendedMy family recently stayed at the hotel and our room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not swept. Also the chairs had spots on them so I washed them off and the washcloth was black. The ac leaked in the room and the carpet was wet all weekend. Also found medication on the floor. The pool was busy due to mea and was not enough chairs to sit on poolside. Don't think I will stay here again.
We just spent two nights at this hotel. Prior to going we read the reviews here so we lowered our expectations. The hotel room was low quality for sure. The beds are very hard and the pillows are not great. The carpet is old and dirty, but did appear vacuumed. However, our sheets appeared clean as did the bathroom. There is serious neglect of basic maintenance and care going on at this place. The hallway carpets are dirty, our room was not thoroughly cleaned before check-in (garbage and crumbs on the floor), duct-taped vents, smells like cigarettes. For the price, there are many better options.
Stayed here with my family last weekend. Not sure how check was as my daughter checked in. Opened the door to our room + noticed that the sheets on the bed were not clean ones. My daughter opened the cupboards under the sink + found 4 to 5 food items. Carpet had not been vaccumed. Breakfast at $6.99 for adults is a joke. I found dirty silverware in with the clean. I do not recommend this hotel. It’s extremely outdated and run down. The room I stayed at has worn down furniture, hair in the bathtub from the previous people, and stained carpet. Customer services was terrible. Long waits to check in. We asked for a roll away bed and had to wait 6 hours ( with numerous visits to the front desk to remind) before one was given to us.
