the the room was filthy carpet was stained wallpaper ripped off the wall dirt on the bed cover drapes not hooked so they could be shut plaster falling off the ceiling I will not go back there again.
Place has gone down hill horribly in the last few years. Rooms not clean stains on couches , flooring and ceiling. Unless something changes will never stay or return.
Stayed here last month. Had the suite with the bunk beds for my kids and nephews. Room was dirty. Carpets looked like they never been washed. Tried washing my sons car seat covered, the washer broke with my stuff in the washer. Management wasn’t able to get it out until the morning and needed bring it across the street to clean. Don’t waste your money. The waterpark is fun but not worth the crappy, expensive hotel rooms! Rooms are not clean.
Not only does the parking for guests not have any cameras, the front desk staff was completely unwilling to assist in ANY WAY when a vehicles locks were broken (NEAR THE LOBBY DOOR), and over $1,500 worth of items stolen. If you want your vehicle to be safe while you take your children out to a water park, do NOT go to the edge. They have been advised by the duluth police department to install parking lot cameras but have failed to do so. NOT WORTH IT.

RecommendedThis is the best place to take kids! We took our 1 year old daughter. Plenty of pool space and water activities for all ages. Included with hotel, also pretty good mini golf course that's free. Drinks are $5 for adults (really reasonable) and you can take them everywhere - pool, has a bar in it - outside, sure. Arcade, yes. Great mix of indoor and outdoor activities mean winter or summer it's a good option. We needed a crib in our room, was a nice wooden crib, way better than normal pack and play most hotels have. The kids had a lot of fun at the water park (ages 8 and under). However, we thought the rooms were expensive considering the condition of them. We would probably not stay here again.
