Rooms need updating. Dirty and unkempt.

The waterpark was great. Certainly can't say that about other aspects. Our room was dingy. Carpet had HUGE stains all over it. The refrigerator made a screaming sound and had to be unplugged, or I would have gone insane from the noise. Tiki Tom's Big Breakfast Buffet was a big disappointment. Don't know what was going on at the room about 5 down from us, but there were 5 police squads there for several hours. I will not be staying here again.

This was the most disgusting place ever. Our room at check in was so dirty and smelled like something was dead in the room...needs updating, big time. It was so gross, many more fun places to stay and put your money in. Don’t recommend at all! ���

Overpriced for what you get! Breakfast was additionally � for the money. We came here last year also and were unhappy, but figured we would give them another chance. Won't do that again. Most other hotel pools live up to what they consider a waterpark.

Kids had fun, but rooms and water park area need a deep clean

Air conditioner didn’t work and staff really didn’t care they did nothing!!!
When we booked our room, we were promised a lakeside view, a jacuzzi and an electric fireplace. Our room was on the first floor. No lakeside view. All we got was a view of the highway and some bushes. The jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work. And the fireplace barely came on. Also the breakfast they serve was extra and not even that good. Even if they offered us a different room of a free one, we won’t be back. $500 for two nights was not worth it.
The waterpark is great. Hotel needs some work. Hotel staff is friendly. There is some work that needs to do in the Grill. They forgot my bacon that is part of the burger and my pickles. Just simple stuff.
Cleaning needs some attention.. some staff are not friendly and not accommodating, although the 2 woman working in the water park were very helpful!! Would suggest making the hot tub “adults only” so there isn’t children splashing while adults are trying to relax(:
