It was what I expected, exception customer service, very adequate rooms. I think they had very good prices for the space. It was busy and full of people. If I had to change anything about my experience I would get the breakfast buffet again. It could be because I am used to free breakfast instead but I’ve had better breakfasts for free at hotels. My kids had a great time, and that was the goal!
In need of an update and good clean, trees and tubes in pool area need dusting and water was cold, not a great value for the money.
I was so excited to take my kids to this Waterpark it was a gift, however the check in wasn't till 4 and there was no early check-in and we were only staying for one night we didn't get a lot of time at the waterpark plus I was very upset with the rides nobody would give up a tube so you would sit there and wait pretty much the whole time you were there so cut that time even more in half. Waited an hour to get checked in.., finally did to learn room keys didn’t work. Room was gross. In need serious remodel. Will never stay again. So disappointed for paying the amount we did.
My kids had a great time at the waterpark. We just went for the day. Water is cold and the waterpark area was cold. Lifeguards need alittle more training I was watching this one flirt with another the whole time she was on duty even looking back to see if he was looking. She wasn’t even looking in the water. Had to stop and fix her hair a few times. Stop and talked to the guy. Than another girl lifeguard I had to laugh at she was in the water at the slides and got mad when water went in her face!!
