Suite was very nice, great view of the lake, food took a long time at the waterpark but the staff was hustling.
Everytime we come to Duluth we stay here. Always an amazing fun experience for the whole family, from toddlers to seniors- Epic memories.

It was just ok. The amount of drinking in the pool area was horrible. The water was cold. The rooms were ok. The other guests were letting there kids run all over. Would not go back.

I stayed recently. ( im still here in fact!) After their yearly maintenance time. We booked for friday - tuesday. However after their scheduled down time they closed the water park for anotger two days duribg our stay!! They offered us tickets to the aquarium.. however the hotel did not inform us of these closures another hotel guest did! We have stayed here multiple times over the years as our kids have enjoyed the waterpark and arcade. I️ have to say this was one of the worst. The breakfast was awful and cold . Our room had a tub that was lined in mold, the bedding is ridiculous. I️ would be very shocked to find out for what people pay to stay and the fact it’s always busy you don’t have money to upgrade, and remodel. Very disappointed. I️ think we will spend our money elsewhere next time which is very sad #hopingtheedgecangetittogether

the kids had a great time they loved wearing their costumes and playing all around the waterpark. There was something for all ages which made it fun for everyone. They loved the arcade as much as the waterpark. if you get the chance definitely check it out it's a great fun family place.

All in all we loved it. Was about $80 more then it's worth. Lifeguards were rude but the guy at the front desk sat Am and pm so flipping helpful. They know customer service and hotel biz!!! They should get kudos and a raise
Despite what the other reviews are like my family and I had a wonderful time. When I booked our room by the website I had issues completing it. I called and spoke to a wonderful man who gave me a better price than what the website gave me. I was able to get us a room on the pool floor for $95 a night with water park tickets. Our room was clean and everything worked. We had such a great time we ended up staying another night and we got it for the same price. We will go back for another family vacation.
