Got a suite for our family to go to Bentlyville and stay over night at Edgewater, only to get here and find out waterpark is closed on Tuesday's till Wednesday at 4.... Went to call the main lobby and even the damn phone doesn't work... Got to main lobby, granddaughter needed to use restroom, guess what that's under construction they said .... Just Horrible... would never recommend this place, next year when we do Bentlyville lights we will definitely be staying somewhere else! Our room was 1230 in case you decide to repair ... read more
It's always a fun time when we're at the Edge! This year we tried the outdoor hot tub on a nice 30 degree morning. Our kids loved it.
Terrible! Would never go back. Dealt with housekeeping issues. Then double amount charged to my debt card. Then a charge for $240 to my husbands card, which wasn’t used once at the hotel! Bookkeeping won’t return phone calls. No explanation. Allllll in time for Christmas. How awesome.
Everything was great, but there could be better cleaning in motel rooms.

The hot tub was to packed with kids under 14 and there parents. The guy at the front desk was rude. Parents aren't waching there kids.

Awesome place to bring the kiddos!! Rooms are clean, service is awesome. Great breakfast at an affordable price. Lots to do to keep kids busy.

Room keys didn't work, got new ones still didn't work. Bugs in our drinks and beer bottles and trash in our room. No hot water the entire stay.
The place was a big mess. They need more staff wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
The hotel and rooms were very dingy and outdated. Everything had this sticky dirty feel. Even drawer handles were gunky and curtains had stains on them. Beside the pot smell in the halls, the only thing worse than the breakfast was the long walk to the opposite end of the hotel through the tattered "Motel". I still can't believe I paid for that food, it was Beyond disgusting. We resorted to gas station breakfast the next morning.
