This hotel is tired and is need of a major overhaul. We stayed for one night for the sole purpose of the water park which our young kids really enjoy. The rooms are dated, not particularly clean looking and have lots of hall noise. The main halls and common areas are showing the wear and tear of time and need to be updated. Carpets and walls were tattered and even dirty. The pricing for the quality of the hotel is high. We won't stay again.
Rooms need updating. All of the games in the arcade stopped working for awhile.

We've stayed here several times and always had a great time. Waterpark is awesome as well as the arcade. I would pass on the breakfast buffet but the pizzas and sandwiches have always been good. There are so many places to eat in Duluth to eat. There is an app for Food dudes that deliver to the Hotel from approximately 11 local restaurants for a fee of $4.99. Pick several restaurants and it's all delivered at one time. Pool hours vary so check that out first. We will definitely continue to bring our grandchildren here.

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel so that was nice and during the week so it was less busy. I don’t think there would be enough room in the pool area when all the hotel rooms are full. The pool hours where a problem, please check before you stay and pool area could be kept warmer. The breakfast buffet was convenient and worth the price and views were beautiful.
My son had fun in the water park. Staffing is ok. Biggest problem with staff is the bar staff on 4th floor was to busy with friends and not paying attention to customer's. Didn't like that the guy working in the cafe was staring at the girls in the outside hot tube. It was very creepy!
The worst hotel ever!!! Very Dirty!! Hot tub is a cold tub.Very over priced.
The park is well maintained and the staff is good asked several times if we needed anything .. water park can get a little packed but most folks are good enough for space .. Nice little gift shop and there breakfast was decent.. Will be back for sure
Came into my room to find someone else’s clothes still hung in the bathroom door!! Wow!! Scared to sleep in he beds
Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! I was in town for work and just needed a room for the night (nothing special) I ended up coming here because it was close, only spent $100 and had a King Suit with a jacuzzi and a fireplace overlooking the lake. Went to the bar to get some food and they have me tokens for buy one get one free drinks. Awesome food, awesome service, room was immaculate.
