Very outdated n old for the high price we payed for 3days/2nights. No free breakfast!??? Definitely not coming back, there's other hotels cheeper n nicer. Could see black mold idk on the roof where the big bucket dumps water down on children� Loved the outdoor pool but crumbling edges of the pool seriously, mini gold has very, could go on n on!! We did have fun otherwise

The water park was fine. We had to move rooms and the second room also had problems in the bathroom. Maintenance guy was great, but the rooms are not great. The front desk lady put me on hold for 15 mins while my kids would have liked to be at the water park. Not a great experience, pretty dissappointed. Also the water pressure in the shower is so strong it hurts�

We love going to The Edge!! We live in Canada and we have been going there for 8 years. Our kids were 7,8, 18 and 20 when we first started going there and they all loved it and we just came back from there again and this time we had the grandkids too and we all still loved it. We find the rooms clean and comfortable and everyone loves the waterpark, the staff is always friendly and helpful and we have asked for late checkout the last two times and never had any hassles. It could have been better. The staff was nice and accommodating. The facility is very antiquated. Much needed renovations and updates are needed. The potential is there.

I was so disappointed with our stay. The elevator closest to the main area had bloody band aids, hair, and food on the walls and floor. Outside of 10 rooms just on the second floor alone had garbage and pool towels in the common hallway. The handles on the exercise room was greasy.I had to push in 7 carts in the exterior area just so I could get ours through. My girls did not even participate in the water activities. We live in town but booked a room to treat our 6 year old son. I booked the cheapest room and expected to be in the side building, rather than the main building. Upon checking in, we were given a free upgrade to a room in the main building and right next to the waterpark. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at much nicer places for a quarter of this price. Sorry, the quality just is not there. For sake of the business, I hope that your renovation goes well.

My family enjoys staying at The Edge. We always get a room with a great view of the lake. We spend quality time together in the water park. My only complaint this trip was Sunday evening in the bar area. We went to play a game there because we needed the table space. The bar was loud and one man was particularly obnoxious, and he was staff. Apparently staff is allowed to use the hotel bar and be rude and obnoxious. Our son went back to the room, due to the noise.
